I was also preached that his Dandi-March, boycotting foreign goods (clothes) and non-cooperation movement are few of his non-violence weapons which led to freedom India, and he was honored as mahatma (Great soul) by Rabindranath Tagore for the same and also for his simplicity.

His simplicity was often highlighted and one such thing is not wearing shirt, Gandhi denied wearing shirt, when he saw a women with torn clothes, feeling pity for her and on the nation, he offered her, his shirt and stopped wearing shirt from that day onwards, as there were people with no proper clothes to cover them, on the other hand some have many. So by not wearing the shirt, he signaled nation to reduce the consumption for others to get and as a gesture to show the world, to share, which is great, however to cover his torso, he used a long shawl which can be used to stitch 2/3 shirts, which is sarcastic, from that day onwards he also stopped wearing pants/kurtas as they look odd without shirts, and started wearing dhotis which is 8/10 meters long, long enough for 3/4 pants, this way rather decreasing the consumption he increased it bringing more shortage and demand for clothes, I learned from few elderly persons, that many of his followers like sheep following the Sheppard started wearing Dhotis, which increased dhotis price exponentially, leaving more poor with torn dhotis.

One other thing is, Gandhi also restrained from drinking milk, as it is also not available for poor, but he is not able to continue that for a long time, so he made a small amendment, that only cow’s milk is not available to the poor so decided to drink goat’s milk which he thought is abundantly available to poor and needy, maybe? However the milk that he had is something that even richest cannot get the access to it easily, because the Goat that is used to provide milk for Gandhi was bathed by LUX soap twice a day, and the same soap is not used twice, and the goat was fed with cow’s milk, walnut and cashews, and it was never allowed to gaze with other goats nor allowed to eat grass, I pity that goat. I don’t think such a milk is accessible even to someone who born with silver spoon. Though proof of the same is not available in Internet, I read this info in a book written by OSHO, which is authentic.

And his idealism, we all know that he first started is protest against British(rather racism) in South Africa, when he was thrown out of the train while travelling in first class coach, where he started Natal Indian Congress for the welfare of Indians, and fought for right for vote, elimination of land tax discrimination and so on, but remember this is not for the Africans (I’m not going to refer them as Blacks), whose suffer is worse than Indians, and for the same reason, he was attacked in SA, as South Africans had become incensed at his writing and behaviors, history says that’s where he inculcated non-violence, what a joke? Because of this racist behavior he was denied Nobel Price couple of times out of 5 times nominated.

Last but not the least, Gandhi's lecherous thoughts and behaviors, Mr.Bose who spent years with Gandhi wrote, that Gandhi denied sex to his wife for decades while sleeping with other peoples wives, and he also use to beat his wife making mockery of non-violence. It also seems that he had spiritual marriage with two of Brit women who were staying in his ashram and had sex with them he also slept naked with his niece (12 years old) and other women to prove that he could control his manliness. When the same was done by Premananda, Nithyananda and others, they were prosecuted and he got honored as Mahatma. Bal Thackeray questioned the celibacy of Gandhi and lot more in here http://rupeenews.com/2007/12/six-stories-of-mohandas-gandhi-his-failures-sexual-perversion/.

When Gandhi austere clothes/milk for poor, why did not he austere bungalows, and stay in hut? remember when he was assassinated he was in Birla's residence, one of the coziest place in India, at that period.

I don’t think such a crook could have bought independence to India, did Gandhi really fought for independence or just asking for Indians participation in parliament? but history says he got the freedom for us, if not he who else? Come back to check that in my next blog.

Arakshan (Reservation)

<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> That’s exactly what pictured in the Movie Arakshan, the story line is good, indeed a bold step to show society the dark side of the reservation, however it seems (I believe) Director has lost that courage during the screen play or maybe I misunderstood about the storyline.

From the story line it seems, that it intended to explain about how the bright students, just because they born in forward community but economically backward unable to do higher studies in government institutions, with far better percentage they are not able to see themselves in those institutions, where as a dull student from a backward community but economically forward finds himself in the seats of those institutions, but the screenplay played a totally different role, as if the wealthiest (as always forward community, as if all forward communities are world’s richest) are agitated and will do anything to suppress Reservations. This is what my understanding about the movie, as my intention today is not write the review for the movie but about reservation, you can comment/review my understanding of the movie after watching (grasping) the same.

Even before I talk about the importance of the Reservation, as there were so many debates on the same, in all those debates the team who wants to support the reservation, has keenly shown that their intention is not for the betterment of the community but keep them as salves under their foot forever. I’m rude here as I’m not good at sweet coating, before giving supportive arguments for my claim, let me ask you few questions. In an 1000 meters race, a winner is declared after completing 1000 meters or just 800 meters, just try to implement the reservation here, if SC/ST 600 meters, MBC 700 Meters, BC 800 Meters, OBC 900 Meters and FC 1100 meters, for a 1000 meters race. Engineers and doctors with below average percentage can only provide below average service. This reservation has led to brain drain, when an MCOM with 95% is a clerk, where his superintendent is a BCOM with 40%, when promotions and designations are based on reservation, how one can expect efficiency. Where once medicine was a service now it is service industry, in order to get certified in medicine one has to spent several lakhs in private college as he can’t get into public intuitions because of reservation, after completing the course there is no vacancy in public hospitals. With average percentage, we know the service we get in public hospitals, that’s the reason the private hospitals are flourishing, again, not all private hospitals flourish and not all public hospitals stick there are exceptions, but the variance makes the difference

We would be fooling our self, by saying reservation has worked out and showing results, as many politicians been saying all these years, if that is true, then the percentage of the reservation should be decreasing after every amendment (technically after every 10 years) but it’s increasing steadily, and those communities wants to increase it exponentially. If before 60 years, after analyzing the situation law makers have given certain percentage as reservation for backward community for the upliftment of the society, and have asked the future generation to review the same after every 10 years and decrease accordingly, as sign of reservation benefit. Now even after 60 years of implementation, we still have to increase the percentage it means that reservation hasn’t worked as it is expected or if you argue that initial reservation percentage is not appropriate or been cheated by the law makers of that time, then that is worse, as the chief of those law makers, the first law minister of India, was from backward community.

These reservations will bring only imbalance in the society and an example for the same is Mayawathi’s support for the forward caste community. It’s game all these years she was leeching them, and all of sudden now she started soothing , that’s how politicians live, by bringing imbalance, only then they can survive, by saying that they uplift the downtrodden.

I’m not against reservation, I’m only against caste/race based reservation, reservation should be based on economic conditions, as rightly expressed in the movie, if someone with poor amenities, and facilities can fetch average percentage, if provided better facilities will get better percentage, however when already with better facilities gets only average, by providing what will make him better. This is applicable for all caste and race. Then why reservation based on caste/race, these reservations are helping only those politicians who want to be the eternal leaders of those communities.

Like water that feeds the crops also feeds the grass unintentionally, the reservation that feeds the politicians also feeds the communities unintentionally, like sheep adulating the butcher, these men adulating their leaders. There is a saying “Oru rendu patta koothadiki santhosam” means if clients are ignorant/non-cooperative, then it’s time for lawyers bonus. It’s exactly what’s happening in our reservation system, politicians/leaders are having there lion’s share, leaving a little to the communities.

A leaders descision

I was invited with my friends to a small get together by a Chief Architect and Urban Development planner of a reputed construction company. At the bar table we were discussing about our work cultures and traditions, after couple of drinks, we started discussing about internal and external affairs of our country, on one occasion we started discussing about the war crimes in recent SriLankan war , as Architect is from SriLanka he shared few of the brutalism to the tamilians in SriLanka by the army, out of which many were his and his kin’s turmoil experience .

As we are talking about the tigers movement and its popularity and fame in SriLanka and around the world, infact there were many countries who had accepted there stand and supported the same, one such country fortunately happens to be INDIA, wait did I say India, yes, I did said that. India indeed was supporting tigers indirectly or directly and had taken steps peace between Tigers and Lankan government. In fact, I would not be exaggerating by saying, that Lankan government had not taken any serious direct military action against Tigers because of India’s support, many unbiased historians will support my argument, then, how come all these have changed in NO time, yeah in NO time one wrong decision by the leader has ruined the whole of movement’s concern and its community, when question was asked will one wrong step can cause such a disaster for a community or movement, my strong response will be YES, if that wrong step/decision was taken by a leader.

We all know that any wrong decision taken by a soldier in a war, costs his life, a lieutenants decision cost a team’s life, a caption’s decision costs a company’s life, a major’s decision costs a battalions life, a general’s decision costs an army’s life just like that a leader’s decision costs a country’s/community’s life. Assassinating the EX-Prime Minister of a world’s largest democratic country, is an insane decision, moreover it clearly proves it’s a hasty decision, all the supporters of the Tigers even now escape from answering this question, implies that. It is something that should be avoided but cannot be corrected.

There are arguments for sake of arguing, that EX-PM’s stand was a kind of against them, even then as an outsider they can only declare war or ignore his support, but assassinating has caused the entire movement to stamp a terrorist tag on their face.

Looking back at the history where such decisions have destroyed communities, many would have known Hitler, the Dictator, otherwise would have been Hitler, the Great, if had chosen England to war rather Russia, he thought England as chicken and declared war against Russia, which brought disaster to his community (NAZI), as he was not aware of Russia’s climatic conditions, historians know that it is the weather that killed the Nazi soldiers not the Russians, and this breathing time has given strength to England and America to form allies which made them strong to fight against Nazi, IF and only IF Hitler had declared war against England, instead Russia, he would have been Hitler, the GREAT not the DICTATOR, I mean he would have changed the history from Dictator to Great J.

Napoleon, lost at waterloo, same miscalculation when army arrived at Moscow, it was deserted, and army marched towards Poland, but it was too late, winter killed the army and there were siege at river banks, finally everything finished at Waterloo.

MohanDas KaramChand Gandhi alias Mahatma Gandhi accepted the partition of India, fearing there might be a civil war (well, Nehru and Jinnah both were competing for ruling. Will talk about this later) ignoring the fact that partition will only avenge both and will not soothe, and that is true till now we both (Pakistan and India) spend an astronomical amount on military research and expansion every year, and the worst part is there is 10 -12% increase on military expenditure year on year, where both are still developing countries. Can partition be avoided? Yes, it could have been very much avoided Gandhi’s charm would have made it possible as said will talk about this in a different forum.

There is only one man behind the rise and the fall of Tigers that is none other than its leader.

Death Sentence

The burning issue in Tamilnadu, from law makers to law breakers everybody are against the death sentence confirmation on Rajiv’s convicts ( Murugan, Santhan and Perarivalan), and there are so many protests and riots across the state. Why this protest? Why the same political or law students/Attorneys didn’t protest when Auto Shankar’s death sentence was executed? Now why there are so many philanthropic talks about eliminating death sentence? When there were no single protests except from the Amnesty group for Auto Shankar’s execution, probably it’s no worth of political importance.

What is the example that these protests set to society? That anyone who has a community support can murder/assassin anyone and be free, is this not a political black mailing? Few groups who want to gain political popularity have staged this drama fooling the fellow kin’s. At this point I want to think of those police officers and security personnel whose life has been taken for no reason and is there is nothing which can compensate there loss to their families, and the worst part is those civilians who just gathered there to cheer their leader. Are those lives are not valuable? Are only these three convicts life is valuable?

What is the example we are setting to the next generation? That by having political support and community support you can indulge in any big crime and still can be free. No insane will ask what is the crime that they have committed, if any, then, Assassinating the Ex Prime Minister of a country was a crime, wasn’t it? A leader who took steps for the peace and harmony of the community, killing him, was that not a crime? Killing innocent security personnel who were doing their duty and civilians who are there to cheer the ceremony, was that not a crime? Challenging those family livelihood was that not a crime? Just because they are my kin, just because they speak the same language I speak, should I be supporting their crimes? Taking this as an example tomorrow if a political leader who has millions of supporters does a similar crime and he should be set free isn’t? What is the value we have to our judiciary? What respect will our next generation have towards our law and its system? Won’t they pooh-pooh it? That a group of mobs can rewrite something that a judge in a court has written? What respect we have towards those judges who gave this verdict and what respect we have towards our President (personally I don’t like her, as she have corruption case)? How would you expect other countries to respect our law system/president when we don’t? Won’t they pooh-pooh our system? How are we going to face them when they say that the verdict given inside the court can be rewritten by a group of mobsters outside? And we are not ashamed of calling this as victory/strength.

Taking this as an example, tomorrow there can be a protest to release 26/11 attacker Ajmal Amir Kasab, and this protest my be nation wide, as he belongs to a community not limiting to a section of people who speaks his language, if a state level protest can rewrite the verdict, a nation wide (may be world wide) will definitely bring fruits to him, the same goes for parliament attackers and any crime of any serious

Last but not the least, when Bhagat singh was given death sentence, there were similar protests, but he responded that, what he did may be good to his country but in view of law it is a crime and for that he should be hanged and accepted the same gracefully. In the movie “Ramana” the protagonist, actor cum politician Caption Vijaykanth, implied the same thing and was hanged till death. May be what these 3 have done is good for their community but it is still a crime, no civilian have rights to take the law in their hands, by overwriting the death sentence through protest and riots we will be sending bad signals to the society and not only that everyone will start taking law on their hands as it can be overwritten outside if few people think it’s for the good cause.

Finally, for any protest, let it be eradicating death sentence or corruption (Anna Hazare’s movement) we shouldn’t be taking decisions based on sentiments and emotions, as our support will set an example to the next generation and society.

Medical Service Anomalies

Last week I met one of my friends and we were talking about our fake life, a mechanized life, with no zest in it, and the worst part of it is, that people think we have most blessed life, as it is a white collar job, sitting in a centralized A/C room, hitting few buttons, that’s it earn 5 or 6 figure salary, but the reality is long working hours, often night outs, pressure to make impossible things to be possible and to add fuel to this, from taxi driver to doctor, every one charges 3 times the normal. At that time I recalled a recent reality show in Vijay Tv, neeya naana, a show debating about how a medical service turned into a industry, where a doctor confessed that he bills the patient twice or thrice the actual, if the patient is a software professional, and for the rest he still charges more and not the actual.
My friend recalled his friend confession who is a doctor, whom he met couple of weeks before, and he is pursuing his Master’s in medicine now in a government college, after 8/9 attempts to find one. When asked why waste 8/9 years in getting into a government college when there are more self-financed colleges to offer the same, the answer was quite simple and shocking, to study in a self-financed college one has to pay a donation of 75 to 100 lakhs INR + the normal tuition and hostel fees, whereas the same in government college costs 3 to 5 lakhs inclusive of all. 80% of the of doctors out here in our society are from self financed colleges, they have to reap fast as their investment is huge.
I wonder why the government hasn’t come up with more medical colleges or any colleges for that matter, as most of the medical, engineering, arts and science colleges are owned by politicians who know nothing about education, who was once illicit liquor brewer, is an educationalist now, once arrack shop owner is an educational trust chairman, black money dwellers and tax evaders runs and controls hospitals. How can we expect service here?
There is money involved in every aspect of this industry (once service), from getting into a medical college to prescribing medicine, commissions from diagnostic centers, commissions from pharmaceuticals, world tour to doctors, all these brokerage charges has to be beard by the patient apart from his bills. It would more shocking to know that a tablet which costs a rupee is inflated 300% to 400%, and there are tablets which are banned in America and European countries find a good market in India. Why not after all we have 110+ crore people few dies , who cares.

Election – A goofing game

Election around the corner, and so the bribing, legally and illegally, freebies is of one such kind where votes for bought, here it is not with the money that politicians swindled but with the money they will swindle in future, it is the only business in the world where you earn profit even before you invest. Every manifest talks about the freebies and I see no welfare activities (may be some where hidden which I overlooked…).

Before we blame politicians, lets scratch our back first, we been so ignorant that we didn’t even know that this is our right to vote and it is also our responsibility to vote, many worthless selfish goons might react saying what diff does it make? For them I’d say, it is the same difference it will make in choosing a wrong life partner. Because of this irresponsibility even after 60 years of Independence our (country) literacy rate is not even close to 65% (as per 2001 census) that is little more than half the population. Nearly 70% of the people lack basic amenities that include proper sewage system and medical facilities. Don’t jump into immediate conclusion that we are a poor country, if we are poor, global market wont even think of stepping our country, Expensive car, shoes, watches and wardrobe makers are seeing India as future market, it proofs that we are definitely not a poor country, then why do we lack those?

It’s because we are not dignified, we have lost our integrity, and we want things to be free rather earning it we even forget the fact that is nothing comes free in this world, even our death costs. Freebies that we got (will get) is technically not free, it’s our money it is the tax that we paid, for good transport, education, medical and emergency facilities and all. None of these have been fulfilled but we got our freebie which is a fraction of total tax money that we paid, and we are happy with that. We can compromise with bad roads, treat that as a free roller-coaster ride (hope there is no additional fee for that in future), with no basic medical facilities, with stinking sewage system, I think we are the only one who eat next to it (fast food centers). It’s our tax money which is spent for these freebies, and as an investment for investors to make them rich, which illusions that our country is growing, yes it is definitely, but who reaps the fruits. A minor fraction of the population reaps it where the rest is left starving.

A country growth is based on the people’s hard work, not with a bunch of scumbags. We are still hailing, our centuries old culture and civilization, not even a fraction of it we realized or understood. Our ancestors were able to reach such civilized state not by freebies but by elbow grease that required.

All I want from ours leaders is a path to uplift me, not a freebie. We all are striving for some kind of uplift in life, which they are failing to provide, they want a pacifier and found this freebie, just like Romans found colossal.

I remember a Tao story, which I read some time back, Once a Tao master was walking on high lands, he was stopped by the sight of butterfly struggling to free itself from cocoon, Tao master was standing by watching it, a kid passing by stopped and wished Tao master, master didn’t respond and whose eye was stuck on butterfly, kid looked at the direction the master was watching, and become furious, and angrily said” What kind of master you are? Cant you see poor fly struggling, why can’t you help it?” Tao teacher gracefully replied “Son that is pain it has to pay for its life” the reply angered the kid “this is so mean” teacher replied “Well, son, I’m making sure that fly comes out with flying colors from this struggle and not disturbed by anything else”, kid got frustrated and said “you are sarcastic, let me help the fly” and so he tore the cocoon and the let the fly free.

Butterfly flew few steps and fall dead. Kid felt so sad and started crying, teacher said “Son, that’s the reason I didn’t help the fly, it has to break the cocoon on its own which gives strength to his wings to fly”.

From the above story initially it seems that teacher was sarcastic and kid was helpful however finally it came kid is dreadful, that’s exactly what our politicians are doing by this freebie, we should not be freed, but need to protection when we are struggling to free our self.

Hinduism

I’m not going to discuss about a religion here, and I will not in my blog, so let me discuss about Hinduism, don’t sigh and widen your eyes, I’m not contradicting myself. Let me share with you what I learned/explored. I born in a family which believes/follows Hinduism, but for some reason I believed that I’m not a Hindu, to understand this strange feeling I thought I need to explore more on the concept of Hinduism.

First I want to understand whom my (Hindu) primary deity is, I found none, yes I found none, you might say Lord Vishnu, but is the deity for Vainavum, and so Shiva for Savisim, Goddess MahaSakthi for Saktham, Lord Ganapathi for Ganapathiam, Lord Skandaswamy for Kaumaram/Skandam, I also found that Agni (Abimani) is also a supreme god for group of people and they called them selves as “Abimanis” as I was not able to fetch more information on this, I leave this for readers discretion, based on the above facts if my God supreme is Lord Shiva then I should be calling myself as Saiva, if my god supreme is Lord Vishnu, then I’m Vainava, and so on for other supreme deities respectively. But I’m calling myself has Hindu, where my god supreme belongs to other religion. I asked one of my friends who is doing his vedic studies, and visited several vedic colleges across the country, he starred at me initially, when I explained him the above concept he started believing that there is a sense in my question. He did some exploration for me and the results are surprising, as he was not able to find the definition for Hinduism, which was interesting, Hindus holy books are Vedas, and he is vedic student, and still no clue from him what Hinduism means? It seems to be an unsolved mystery in my thoughts until I met my friend on this Pongal holiday who is a Jain, sarcastically I asked what you have to do with Pongal festival, which his Mother heard and said, we too are Hindus but at the same time followers of Mahavira, hence we are called Jains, Hindus and the followers of Buddha are Buddhists, but still they are Hindus.

After reading Kannadasan’s “Arthamulla Hindu Matham” I’m surprised again, he too feels rather believes that Hinduism is not a religion but a name given to it, as not knowing what name should be given, just like an Anti-Matter, no one knows what it is? How it is? Where it is? But it exists at fulleth knowledge scientists around the globe are exploring this Anti-matter, hence the Big Bang theory recreation and so on, Just like this when Mugal’s and Europeans invaded India, they were not sure what to call this religious belief, as they have experienced only fear with god and not love, and astonished to see multiple religion (Vainavum, Saivam and so) which are related to each other. Hence choose the name of the river (Indus) which they are aware of to identify the people collectively.

Based on the above facts, it becomes very clear that there is nothing called as Hindu dharma, because the very word Hindu itself is a virtual thing and has no meaning as such. I get no sense when Hindu activists go crazy on Valentines Day/ Friendship day, ragging and mobbing the couples claiming they have insulted Hindu dharma, I pity them that they themselves don’t know what Hindu Dharma, let me ask them one question, Lord Krishna, who was in relationship with Goddess Radha but married to Satyabama, is this an affair (both pre-marital or extra marital)? But they call Lord Krishna’s and Radha’s love as eternal and not as an affair, if they can have an eternal love without marriage why cant a man and woman, why cant they expose their love and affection in public, I’m, not talking about the lust here, I’m talking about the divine love which Krishna and Radha experienced, so why these so called Hindu Dharma protectors, ban all Krishna idols and his ideologies before attacking young couples in parks and beaches, as they all are following Lord Krishna’s ideology who loved Radha in the banks of Yamuna and in Brindavan.

If celebrating lovers day on Valentines day is what makes them to go crazy, that makes little sense to me, as we have love of god (Lord Krishna) here whose birthday can be celebrated as lovers day, but if celebrating lovers day is what they feel bad, then there is something wrong in there institutional intentions.

If exposing love and affection in public is sin, then what they as Hindu Dharma itself is a sin, as it says Love is god and so god should not be exposed in public, there were many erotic sculptures craved in many temples, which are exposed to public that includes children too, they need to be destroyed first as they are more erotic then the people in public. Sarcastic thing is the sculpture inside the temple is a divine thing, but outside the temple it becomes erotic and porn, is it the temple that makes the difference or the people’s mindset.

Without any question it is people’s mindset, as we tend to see god only in temple, and inside the temple we say god is omnipotent, omnipresent and all, once we are out side the temple, we will forget that god is omnipresent and tend to see him only inside the temple so we close our divine eyes and open the lustful one, hence when we see a couple sharing there love, we don’t see their affection (as we closed our divine eyes) but we see only lust. Rather seeing Lord Krishna and Radha in them we tend to see our self, we don’t don’t believe in “Aham Brahmasmi”. If at all we do, we would have seen the Brahmam in them and not the lust.

To add fuel to the fire, now even cops are teaching morals to public, this is the joke of the century, there are disgusting movies/serials produced and telecasted by popular TV channels that need to be moralized, if cops have guts they should have warned or stopped then and not those innocent love birds who want to feel the warmth of each other. I don’t understand where in the city they go to love, is this an indirect way of telling LOVE is banned in Chennai (may be in India due to Hindu activists), they are lot more things that cops got to do rather teaching morals to lovers, it doesn’t mean that they can cross the limits, now the question is what is the limit? Well it is easy to explain but tough to describe. Well, Love and Lust share a thin line as border, I feel as long as your clothes are on you are on the safe zone. Just like any nature call LOVE is another type of nature call for LUST, so there is no point in avoiding LUST and it makes no sense in hiding LOVE. As you express you want to loo however you won’t pee in public, you can express LOVE but not LUST in public.

Bhopal Gas – An antagonism

First I wonder why Union Carbide has started in India, and why not in US, do they know about the potential threat already, and was not allowed to start there, any which ways, since it got installed and started here, do Indian government know at that point for the safety measures that need to be ensured, if so what happened to those safety measures, if they (Indian government) are not sure of safety measures, then its clear case of negligence and irresponsibility, has they failed to do the case study, which even happens in today’s environment, like Delhi Metro Rail project, Sethu Samudaram Project, River connection project ( this is a big joke, one of the Chief Party leader of the ruling government and descendent from Nehru’s family, pooh-poohed calling it has waste of time, energy and money) and so many, you don’t have to be a politician to know about things like this, as long as you prove to be true citizen, you know that list is endless.

We all know that there is no disaster management as such by state or central government, if at all there is one, we wouldn’t have lost 20000 lives, do we have after such incident ( sorry government has requested us to call this as accident, but anyone with conscience know it is not an accident, but an incident not planned, for an example you know that driving at 80KMPH on busy roads will lead to accident, but you still drive at the same speed, then any accident at that point, is not an accident anymore, rather it should be termed as incident), I doubt!

Verdict on this case is another big joke that too after a decade, and the comments on eluded Warrnen Anderson, CEO of Union Carbide, from the senior party spokesman/leader from the ruling government is not only a joke, but outrageous and harassing the feeling of the victims and people. His statement was if Warren was not eluded, he would have got killed by angry mob, so it seems they have helped him to elude, to save a foreigner who killed 20000 Indians, not sure how much fees they would have got for this, example he quoted his Kazab, who killed 100 of Indians, where government has spent huge sum for legal proceedings. What humanitarianism? I have no words to explain this, by seeing this humanitarianism of the ruling government who been ruling since then, by fooling people with there mesmerising words and false promises.

One thing which pricks me is, why there humanitarianism is showered only to foreigners and not to Indians, if Warren Anderson and Kasab need to be analyzed by law before passing on the verdict, who killed hundreds and thousands of Indians, with no mercy, an Indian who’s intention was to uproot the slavery by killing few foreigners, for the welfare of Indians, was not brought under the law, but was stamped as terrorist, it is none another than Nethaji Subhash Chandra Bose, who is a great freedom fighter and patriot, who is still a terrorist as per Indian constitution and should be handed over to British government if captured alive, the same government who said they wont give back the valuables that they have stolen from us. It seems diplomatic moves are only to foreigners and not to Indians.

PeaceMan Travels – A Fraud concern

I got married on June 4, 2010 and for my honey moon trip I booked tour with PeaceMan Travels, in the month on January 2010, I came to know about this travel through one my friend in North India, package costs are very affordable, which I recommended to my couple of friends as well, one which was on HoneyMoon trip, where he was given a very cheap hotel and very uncomfortable, which caused him mental agony, I called Manish Bhandri, who is a tour coordinator, after a big squabble a decent hotel was arranged for him, since I recommended PeaceMan travels to him, I felt very bad and apologized for the inconvenience.

The other person had even more mental trauma, his tickets were not confirmed till the eve of journey, thank god finally Manish confirmed the tickets, but driver was a drunkard, my friend was scared as he got two kids, and driver is drunkard on hair pin bends. I don’t want to imagine that, praise lord, all were safe.

My case was worst then them, Manish didn’t confirm the tickets till the eve of my journey, we were not able to reach him, his phones were switched off and not reachable for hours, we emailed him too, but no response, in about 10 hours to go for our travel, we received an email from him, saying he is not able extend his service, provide new travel dates, I'm pissed off with this.

First thing this is my honey moon trip, after many struggles we both got approvals for our trip, either we cancel now or not, we are not going to get approvals again in the near future, moreover we had paid 90% of the amount 6 months ago, and still he hasn’t made arrangements for us, this is frustrating, and worst thing is he is not answering our call or returning.

Manish has two cell phones (09582257811, 09717510727), he keeps one on, and call forwards to the other one which will kept off, so you always think his phone is switch off but actually not, if you text he can read it, after rigorous calls and messages, he finally texted me that he will refund my money, but hesitates to call me or answer my call. I called his Delhi office, it’s not his office, and person who answered the call said Manish is not leaving there and he is fraud, and he has cheated him as well.

I’m writing this for others who fall prey to his low cost package like me, I’m now approaching cyber police to get my money back, rather enjoying my marriage days now I’m going behind legal things which is pain in neck. Is it not fatal, for me it seems to be, let me give you an example how fatal it is?

On Wednesday (April 7, 2010), the show (Nijam) was reporting about a leopard in Vaalparai area, the show presenter interviewed few localities who are affected by this leopard, interviewed the parents whose kids were killed by this leopard, interviewed few victims who portrayed the leopard as a demon from hell. You probably think that I’m speaking nuisance or pooh-poohing feelings of parents who lost their children to leopard or victims who lost their limbs, but sincerely I’m not, I’m sorry for the affected. But at the same time I’m very sorry for the leopard, it just did what it is meant for?

It is not, there fault to inhabit in leopard’s area; a human can live in 600 sq ft area, and can buy food for printed paper and store them for years, but its not the case for a leopard, for a leopard to survive it requires at least 100 SQ Kilometers, its not because it requires a lavishly big living room, with Queen size bedroom and all. It needs that area for its food to survive so that it can hunt, when human inhabits, which reduces the survivability of its food, and so human becomes its food. Is it not quite natural? It is.

You questioned its survivability by reducing its food, so it is questioning your survivability, again not to challenge you but for its survivability, but Nijam totally proscribed this truth, and prescribed the capture of the animal, thank god, it didn’t tell to kill it, but I don’t understand what they mean by capturing the animal, do they expect to raise it in captivity or to relocate, if at all they want to relocate it, where? Even in reserve forests humans live, they built their resorts and farm houses to attract tourists, remember the resorts built in the elephant corridor of the mudumaali sanctuary, not all but few encroachments has been removed.

Any which ways, relocation may not guarantee the survivability of the leopard, as it has to study the geography of the land and survey the availability of the food and all, rather if forest officials and government would have taken steps to avoid encroachment, this situation would have avoided, more over if these victims, would have thought with their common sense, that they are encroaching they wouldn’t have lost their kids and limbs.

My point is NIJAM should have interviewed few environmentalist and nature lovers to reveal the reality rather going through their exaggerated presentation, and people are already killing wild animals, once commonly seen sparrows are not seen anymore.

By projecting snakes as venomous creatures, tigers and lions as man-eaters, rather show snakes as farmer’s friend, who eat rodents, tigers and lions as forest friends who checks on herbivorous birth rate.

Not only here, NIJAM always dominates and thrusts its views on the viewers, rather allowing the viewers to think and come out with their own views, unlike other shows (Nadathathu Enna in Vijay tv and all) hope things change.

Nithyananda – Scapegoat

Since I’m an Agnostic (but people think it is theist, since they don’t understand the meaning of Agnostic) , few of my friends (Atheist) asked me to write a blog about Nithyananda, the prime topic in media (esp SUN Network) , actually there intention is to tease me as Nithyananda is/was a swamiji, but I know they are my friends very best friends, our ideology has never ever disturbed our relationship, and I also take this opportunity to thank them, as it helped me to explore and also to get rid of taboo that every one has. Let me share with you few of my findings and my thoughts, and I leave rest to you all.

First thing which I want to discuss is about the issue of adultery/affairs that was imposed on Nityananda, and I think, that is his personal matter, we have no rights to interfere in that, lets not bring the religious taboo here, anyways, I’ll come to that part little later, he didn’t molested, he didn’t raped, (sarcastically one who raped is about to become Chief Minister soon) yes he had sex, that too with the concern of the opposite sex, then how it is unethical, yep coming to the religious purists, they might call this sexual act as unethical, I would like to ask one question to those purists, is Sex denied in Hindu dharma? Or Is Sex denied for sages? If so, then sex between Vishwamitra and Menaka is also adultery, and we know Indira, King of Deva’s committed adultery with Ahalya ( as per the story she didn’t, but I personally believe she did too, she is wife of a Gautama Maharishi, and she definitely should have the powers to know the fake, and that’s the reason there is a curse, Maharishi’s never curse’s an innocent), a Bharama Rishi like Viswamitra fallen to the prey of Sex, King of all Lords Indira fallen to the prey of Sex, is Nityananda more divine then them, if religion and custom accepted them why not Nityananda, I’m not justifying his act, if that is legally punishable punish him, but religiously he has not done any thing unethical, moreover he has reformed many souls, it is true that he is not a divine character, but his words are soothing, he can attract only weak souls unfortunately there percentage is much higher and so his popularity.

There is demand for spirituality; there remains a huge deficit for it, so people tend to fall prey to such black market spirituality and leaders, goodos to Dravida movements who created this vaccum and deficit so people like Nityananda can be sold at higher price in open market.

Purists still argue that he had sex, while wearing saffron dress and uthraksha, which is against the religious codes, is that so? Same story Vishwamitra is a bramharishi he wears only saffron dress and posses uthraksha round the clock, and he still had sex with Menaka, and so our country name Bharath. Ahalya wife of Maharishi only wears saffron clothes and had sex with Indira and at unacceptable time as per Vedas, even Lord Shiva who had sex with Mother Parvithi which led to Kamasutra, was wearing saffron colored dress and uthraksha. As per mythology, Krishna and Radha were the models for Ajantha and Ellora caves sculptures, and such obscene and phonographic pictures (if not looked with divine eyes) are found in all temples across globe.

If Nityananda is a sinner, then Lord Shiva, Krishna and Viswamitra are also sinners. aren’t they? Then we have to burn the effigy of Lord Shiva and Krishna too. Spiritual leaders like Osho, Ramakrishna, Ramana Maharishi were preached the same. More over Nityanada was not an ascetic, he is a business man, his business was scripture, and capital is his words, fools believed him as god and poured wealth on his feet. It is punishable on social grounds just like chit funds, may be legally too, but definitely not on religious grounds.

Why media is so attractive on this, especially SUN network, as Nakeeran, Dinamalar and all are worried only about the Actress, and you all know why but not about Nityananda, it seems. But why Sun Network is cornering Nityananda, we are sure that is not for social or human welfare, if so Spectrum case worth of many thousand crores, who highlighted the same submerged it in no time, as I discussed in my previous topic (Telegana – A Rampage), people tend to forgot previous issue, when next arise, we don’t only forget we also fail to foresee/see-through things, as said in thirukural, anything we hear/see need to be analyzed to grasp the truth. Thanks to my friends who helped me to analyze these things, it seems (genuiness is not verified) Network was trying to buy some land near Bengaluru, unfortunately the land that Network has finalized was an Ashram of Nityananda, and Nityananda was not ready to sell that property to Network, and there aroused a friction, and one fine day Network received a CD with obscene movie of Nityananda, miracle, is it not?

Pen is (was) mightier than sword, this revolutionized to media, and Network has proved that it can make dust out of dawn (Spectrum case) and dawn out of dust (Nityananda), gone are those days where people decide what they want to see in television, now we are forced to see what they decide to show, now they moved to movies as well, there sick movies always stand first in their ratings. Remember the movie “Tomorrow Never Dies”, like the media “Tomorrow”, we have Network now, they can make the terrorists as preachers and preachers as terrorists.

Telagana – A Rampage

A tale reminisces me, there was a king who drew a line and asked his ministers to make that line shorter without erasing any part of the line, which puzzled the ministers, and finally one smart kid drew another line bigger than the one already there drew by the king. Its exactly what is happening with the Telagana issue, after the accident (I would rather call this as murder/assassination) of YSR Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, which was leading to rampage in the state and rejecting the candidature Jagan Mohan son of YSR, as the next chief minister of AP by the state congress, pothered central congress committee. They tried to elude the situation but didn’t last longer, finally one smart congress watch dog came up with an idea to create a bigger issue than these, and that is TELAGANA. I bet no one in AP including the close friends and relatives of YSR, who may or may not be in Congress, want to probe his death case now, but to get out of Telagana issue.

You might tend to ask me why they created bigger issue like Telagana rather solving the death case of YSR and accepting Jagan Mohan, Telagana might look bigger for community, definitely not for the party, it is same divide and rule policy of British which congress is still following, it is the far sight of Nehru family which divided states based on the languages so that there is always a tension and uneasiness between the states, this gives the more leverage to the central to intervene state affairs and disputes. Tamilians know about the Cauvery dispute for decades, and it will never be solved as long as it is there vote bank, since that is an appetizer for every election.

Gandhi divided countries based on Religion, Nehru divided country based on languages, and congress now dividing the states based on divisions, tomorrow it will be further divided based on the caste, creed and so on. I know the question in your mind how it benefits the congress, small states means more and more small political parties and this creates more and more friction between the state policies, and to reach the central the states has to come under one umbrella which is almost a mission impossible now. So it a biscuit thrown by the congress to feed the small political parties to gain powers in their respective state, and at, no time these small political parties can join together to form a central government, remember there are only two big national parties, Congress and BJP. BJP is getting out of show, because of non-secularism (neither congress a secular party) which BJP accepted (I mean indirectly) and congress didn’t. So it is always the congress which will own the Prime Minister seat, I know BJP is also encouraging this Telagana issue, but they will not get the lion share, which I believe BJP knows too.

Remember the congress which rejected Jagan Mohan’s candidature for CM based on age factor, is promoting Rahul son of Rajiv EX-PM, for PM candidature, and they don’t want the people of AP to question this so they have a given another question to raise that is Telagana, they just want to shut the AP’s mouth and not other states, since no state is going to raise their voice for AP, because of the friction and uneasiness with other states, which exactly congress is aiming at, and it is close to the accomplishment of that mission.

Its not the case only in AP, say in TamilNadu, when ever there is a Cauvery issue raised in public, you see government raising the Bus ticket fares or funding farmers to protest for crop price hike (only for this every party have there own unions), so the Cauvery issue is erased off from the people’s mind. Indians have amnesia, which these politicians take advantage off. If there is any national issue like peace talks with Pakistan, after 26/11 incident India taking a U-turn from its stand, when we (Indians) were agitated a little, government spread rumors of hiking fuel prices, now we are worried about the fuel price hike and not about the peace talks with Pakistan.

As long as we are suffering with this disorder (amnesia), we are the slaves for politicians, and if a politician is not taking advantage of this people’s disorder, he will be forgotten soon, like Lal Bhadhur shastri, Kamaraj – EX CM of TN and so on.

Aairathil Oruvan – My View

It seems Selvaragavan was edgy about the screenplay of the movie, however he seems to be confident about the story, with no second thought, it is definetely a dare move in Indian cinema, atleat in tamil movies, a fantasy movie, with an absurd historical base.

First thing which gnaws me is the need of Karthick in lead role, I feel that any supportive actor can do that role without any injustice to that character, I dont mean that Karthick has done some injustice to that, I mean it is clerk job and a manager is not required. Director seems to be in hurry right from the beginning, movie unveils with “theru Koothu” , a traditional street play, which tells about the last king of Chola dynasty who evaded his son to a distant unexplored land to safe gaurd him from Pandia’s who attacked Tanjavur, the capital of chola dynasty. Its not a real history as per the disclaimer of the movie, it seems Directorthought that this historical background might give more weightage to his fantasy, and it did, and yeilded criticism from purists. I personally believe that these criticism are artifical, may be for the popularity of the movie, and inculcate the urge of watching this movie, and this worked.

If director would have spent little more time in screenplay, the movie would have been a block bluster, every role in this movie is well defined and every one has done there part exceptionally, except the director’s part and screenplay, right from the beginning from theru koothu, to the chola period, it looked like a abrupt transition, it required lots to analysis to correlate, this transition, something like this, I’m watching at 20th century part all of sudden I was moved 1000 yrs back, yes the theru koothu is about this 1000 yrs story, that need to be filed and smoothened in the story, not sudden u-turn.

All traps that chola’s created quickly whisked me to Mackenna's gold, Indiana Jones, National Treasure, and a Japnese movie for the last trap of sound, I’m not saying its wrong that it is copied, but Director would have taken steps to present this in an acceptable manner. Like most of the Hollywood and Bollywood movies, this movie has got some logical errors too, but obvious one should be avoided, like the Quick sand Trap, when Anita Pandian (Reema Sen), first stepped on the quick sand, it opened and stayed opened for few mins, where as other quick sand traps closed immediately, so that they can step on and check if that is a quick sand and step out immediately.

Tamil Purists concern about showing Chola as a tribal/cannibal, I’m on Director side on this, he might be Chola and cultured/civilized king in Tanjavur not in Minggu Vah island, he is a tribal here, he dont have chefs to cook food for him with species and all as in Tanjavur, he is a tribal here, and his continues starvation and expellsion from the outer world would have forced him to cannibalism, this is obvious, if you would have watch Man Vs Wild, or Survivorman in Discouvey channel, you will get what I mean, again as other things overlooked by the Director, this too was stepped over. If Director would have taken little more time to look into these details, this movie would have become a history in Tamil cinema, I accept that will increase the movie time, let it be, people who are used to watch 3 hrs movie, will watch 4/5 Hr movie as well, just like Lord of Rings, which was 4.3 Hrs movie, and a box office hit.

Now probably you would know, what I mean by abrupt transistion 

I hope with all these inputs and corrections Director is going to come back with Part 2, Just like James Camaroon, who corrected all his mistakes in Terminator – I, and gave Terminator – II which was a block bluster, I believe Aairathil Orvan – II will emerge successfully, undoubtfully Aairathil Orvan – I is a dawn and Aairathil Orvan – II probably be the bright day.

Civic Sense

Civic Sense

It’s not a bad word to elude, it is something that every one of us must know and practice, it is the social responsibility that every one should posses for the welfare of society, as per our constitution we all have rights to Speak, to write but it doesn’t mean we have rights to speak aloud/rubbish in public places, to scribble rubbish in public properties, remember the same constitution says that “Your liberty stops where others start”.

What does it mean? You have all the rights to swing your hands as far as possible while walking, constitution gives you that rights, however constitution restricts the same if your hand intrudes the other person’s, in short your rights should not cause an inconvenience to the other person, whether it is a law or not, it the basic common sense that intruding in other persons area physically or mentally by your acts or thoughts is unethical. I hope no one with sense will disagree this. However we all witnessing such non-civic sense activities daily in our day to day life, like playing music/commentary aloud in public buses, spitting on the public places, throwing garbage in the public places, when I say public places that includes staircase, public transports, street, common area in your flats/offices. Most of us know that this is wrong, and shouldn’t be doing however we still do it. Few of you might ask me what is wrong in playing music aloud in buses/trains. After all it is entertaining that too free of cost, let me ask, them a question.

Assume that one of your close friend or relative is hospitalized and with critical condition, with all worries in the world you are heading to the hospital, will you be interested in hearing a music/cricket commentary, let it be India vs Pakistan finals or A.R Rehman’s or R.D Burman’s or llayaraja music, definitely wont, rite? To make this situation little worse if you are enquiring persons condition over the phone and your co-passenger is playing music aloud, will you be entertained or frustrated? It’s the same case for your co-passenger you don’t know what mood he is in? It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t enjoy music/commentary while travelling, you can do it very well, that’s the reason why headphones were invented, so that you can enjoy the music without disturbing others, worst than this using profanity in buses/trains especially when kids are your co-passengers.

Spitting on the streets is another big inconvenience and unhygienic as well, not everyone on the streets where footwear thou, if you are the one who fast for sabrimala you would have experienced that inconvenience, you could imagine now. Probably this is the reason why the footwear’s are not allowed in few air-conditioner showrooms or par lour’s, as they know for sure that you would have stepped on few spit tings on the street, worst than this is using public places as rest rooms, think how embarrassing it will be for the females passing by and vice versa?

Keeping loud cell phone ringtones, avoiding queues, over crowding buses, parking vehicles blocking/scratching others, even occupying any common space for more time when others are waiting for the same are few practices which we tend to do often knowingly, and we always find an excuse for these non-civic sense activities, few such excuses are “it is cool”, “time crunch”, “over crowded”.

With a proper time management, over crowded buses/trains can be avoided, we all know that in peak hours the buses will be crowded, and transport authorities are not concerned about increasing the service, it’s because we are all accustomed to travel in congestion like herds, any which ways you are going to travel in there buses, so why should they increase the service which is a over head expense for which the returns are same as before, if at all you stop travelling in crowded buses showing a considerable deficit in their revenues they are not going to increase the service, and its not going to happen over night, it’s a question of self respect as well, check my earlier blog Fatalistic or Irresponsible, as a social animal, it becomes our responsibility to adhere such civic senses, if not for the welfare of the society, but to tell our next generation that we are civilized.

Food for Soul – Divisions

chaatur varnam maya sristam, guna karma vibhagaasha -- Gita

While discussing about the reservation based on caste system, with my friends (don’t sigh I’m not here for that discussion), as the conversation becoming hotter, it moved slightly away from the topic and we started arguing why caste system and how it all started. Ram one of my friend said it all quoted in Veda, that caste system has been invented/implemented by Veda, he quoted the above slogan from Bhagavad Gita.

There were to and fro statements on the same, which I thought to explore and see how close Ram is on this, and it also looks to me as an incomplete sloka. I first want to understand the meaning of this slogan and complete the same.

Chaatur Varnam maya sristam which means four divisions were been created
guna karma vibhagaasha based on Qualities (Guna) and Work (Karma)

This way Lord Krishna himself has said through the Bhagavad gita, that he is held responsible for divisions (Varnas) of people, based on Work and behavior, anyways why this division is required, if there is no such division then this caste system would not have been existed. Now the question is are divisions necessary? Are they for any good? How this world would have been if there is no such divisions.

I started exploring further on this, as this is getting interesting, divisions are in every part of our life, yes, that is true, how? Take for an example our body, head is not same as toe, torso is not same as your thighs, mouth is not same as ears. I know you want to tell me that these are organs and not divisions, and it is parts of the body. Exactly I don’t deny that, what is the body then? How it looks like? If you look deep into it, there is nothing that you can show as body; it is a collective resemblance of these organs (divisions). Once you start removing these organs one by one from the body, you will see nothing there, because body does not exist, if at all it exists, it exists only in the collection of these organs (divisions).

If at all, the body has got no divisions, how it would look like, can you imagine? To the best of my imagination power, it will be like a sphere, because any geometric shape (except circle) will have divisions. There won’t be any difference between the ear, nose, eyes, mouth and all, including the excretional organs, so disgusting. This implies that divisions are implicit and it applies to almost everything that we know, from body, cars, bikes, aircrafts, to land (sea, mountains, plateaus and all) to globe, galaxy, Milky Way and all, divisions are inevitable.

Fine, let divisions be inevitable, why it is imposed by Veda (as per Lord Krishna in Gita), let me ask you one quick question before we proceed on this, if you are asked to become an organ of the body, which organ you would choose to become? Probably, Eyes to see beauty, Ears to hear, Mouth to taste, Nose to smell, Hands to touch, Legs to walk, you probably will choose any of these organs, but I’m sure that no one will ever choose to become Anus to excrete, its only job, it has got no pleasures like other organs, let me tell you a short story here,

Once body organs fought with each other, claiming they are the greatest of all. Eyes said I’m the greatest of all organs, since I show the path to all of you, Brain said, I’m the greatest of all, since I analyze what is seen/shown and decide the best, Heart laughed out loud and said if I haven’t pumping the blood to you (Brain) then you will suffocate to death, so I’m the greatest, and so all the other organs started telling there best feature to claim the greatest of all award, during which Anus is about to say something, all organs interrupted the Anus, and said, you stink, you are no good, you are not the greatest but worst of all, with this insult Anus kept his mouth shut, for next couple days, there is no way the in toxins get out of the body, the blood was not clean, the hemoglobin count came down drastically in the blood, because of which the nourishment that supposed to be supplied to brain was disturbed, brain was going crazy because of which it was not able to send signals to eyes, ears, nose and all, which are failing to sense, Spleen was bulging because of intoxicated blood and so the heart and all other organs. Now all organs understood the importance of Anus, and its job, they all spoke Anus and said you are the greatest of all of us and apologized for their behavior other day. For which Anus replied, I’m sorry for hurting you all, I just want to let you know all, that we all are greatest in our jobs, we don’t have to compete with each other to prove who is greatest of all.

The above story tells that divisions are not bad, but discrimination is. This is what exactly told by Lord Krishna in Gita, let me complete the slogan now,

chaatur varnam maya sristam, guna karma vibhagaasha
tatsye karthaaram mavibthi
agarthaaram aavyayam -- Gita

We discussed the first line already, lets explore the second and third

tatsye karthaaram mavibthi – means, yes I’m the one who created this division.

Lord Krishna is not denying that he created the divisions, he’s not hiding his face, with great boldness and authority he says “Look Arjuna, I created these four varna’s based on their Karma”

agarthaaram aavyayam – means I’m not responsible for these divisions.

This is the contradiction of the previous sentence, now Lord Krishna says, I’m not responsible for these divisions, we all know that Lord Krishna is mischief and playful, we might tend to think that he is playing with the words again, but it can’t be, he is preaching Gita to Arjuna he cant be playful, he cant be mischief now, then what actually he is trying to preach Arjuna. Lord Krishna actually meant was “I’m not responsible for the Discrimination”

So the complete meaning of this slogan is

“I created these four varna’s based on their karma and guna, but I’m not responsible for the discrimination's between them”

If not Lord Krishna, then who is responsible for these discriminations, its none other than we, don’t try to escape, remember when I asked you which body part you would like to become none of us, has said would like to become Anus, we discriminated our own body organs, we also discriminating our own fellow brothers, based on these divisions created by God.

As per Veda, Brahmana’s are born from Head, Shatria’s from Shoulder, Vaishiya’s from Thighs and Sudra’s from the Lotus feet of MahaVishnu.

So they all born from one body, they should not be discriminated, and they can be discriminated only if we discriminate body organs, which we are actually, rite? And remember prostration is done only to the Lotus feet of Maha Vishnu, not to Head, Shoulders or Thighs, no Alwars/Nyanmmars wished to prostrate Head, Shoulder or Thighs but the Lotus feet.

It was always told like this “Kamala Paadha sharana gadhi”, as per my knowledge no Jeer/follower or preacher prostrated “sharana gadhi” to head, shoulder or thighs, but feet which gets utmost importance. So if at all Vedas are responsible for discrimination, then it should be the other way round, Sudra’s should be given more importance then Brahmana, it reality it was not no, so it clearly implies that these verses (Veda/Gita) was misinterpreted by selfish morons to cause this discrimination for their self benefit, but blaming Vedas for the same.

Avatar – My view

The first review I received about this movie was not that good in fact I was told it is not up to the mark, as it has a very thin wafer line story and all, I would like to tell one thing to that friend, that the story is deep rooted just like Pandora’s big tree. The base of the story is about Nature and its bondness with animal kingdom, and how they (Only humans) messing up with it. The story line reminiscence the movie “BATS -- Don’t mess with Mother Nature”. BATS was no were close to AVATAR, the former is about a biological mess up where as the later is about ecological disturbance, it’s a difference between Nano and Macro technology in naïve terms, but BATS are definitely the ancestors of AVATAR, lacking technology and vision.

Avatar – incarnation of humans as humanoids, to plunder a rare mineral found only in ravishing Pandora. A little bit about Pandora (a distant imaginary moon where lives exist) and the people of Na’vi(humans in Pandora). Pandora reminiscence our Lost world (Earth), where once we had good vegetation, thick woods and ravishing flora and fauna, which is endangered now, because of humans exploitation. Humans in Pandora on other hand resemble our ancestors, who inculcated a spiritual bondness with trees and animals, I call this as spiritual bondness because it cannot be measured or identified with any scientific terms that we are known off, as we lack scientists to rediscover this terms/techniques. I let you know why I mention rediscovering rather inventing.

My friend’s second concern about the movie was, that there is no strong scene/dialogue (with punch), but actually there is one by Jake Sully and that is “I probably talking to a tree, but if you can read my senses, read me, I’m from the planet where there is no GREENS”. How true it is? This empathizing the situation, this one scene tells why Jake favors people of Pandora, than his own race. As per the role, he is from a strong scientific background, which moved his soul from his body to another body which resembles to the people of Pandora, is new Avatar, hence the movie name Avatar. This was made possible thru some advance technology, which resembles a technique mentioned in Atharvana Veda, termed as “Kutuvitu Kudu payuradu”. This was imagined to be re-discovered in 2154 AD.

With our GPS technologies, satellites, cell phones and more sophisticated network we struggle to figure out what’s happening in the other part of the world, where the same is achieved by the people of Pandora through the biological nerves of ecological system (Woods). Human race scientists were in re-discovering, this phenomenon mentioned in “Viruksha Sastra”, which was practiced by our ancestors. The same was scientifically proved by Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose, to an extent. Now you know why I call this rediscovering rather inventing.

Movie also reminiscence, our lost instincts, the instinct which a mother lost about her baby’s need, thanks to wireless technologies and remote cameras which has handicapped the motherness, it that not true that we are dependent on some calculating machine to find out answer for this simple thing (256*256)/(16^2) * (4^2)*8*2. Our technology and science has handicapped our senses, handicapped our biological mutation, and we call this as yield of sixth sense, how ignorant we are, where us the rest of the animal kingdom, mutates to become more independent than before, almost all birds can figure out Earthquakes and Tsunami’s well in advance, for which we need satellites and other sophisticated equipments, which is not even 60% accurate as per the Pacific Tsunami station in America, they wonder what kind of inbuilt satellite systems that these birds have, which is not seen in them some 1000 years back. One of the scientist sarcastically told, that rather investing on the satellites and all, we should be investing in understanding the birds language that way we can be more accurate.

Coming back to Avatar, the climax is a war between the inner consciousness of the human and his greediness, a war between an environmentalist and a capitalist. In vedic terms a war between Prathiaksha and Anumana Jnana (Earth) and Saptha Jnana (Pandora). The whole Pandora to me seems to be Hindu Mythological world, probably that’s the reason why I’m able to quote more vedic terms. I’m not sure if this is true, that James Cameron inspired by our Vedas and created this Pandora. If so then Vedas have something in which attracts more people which need to extracted and explored, on the other hand if this is co-incidence, I’m thrilled by Vedas, which depicted our future (may be in another couple of centuries) 1000s and 1000s of years ago.

In short note Avatar is what humans was and wants to be and Pandora is what Earth was and wants to be.

Tapestry of E(e)lam

As most of us know the origin and destruction of LTTE and hue and cries of tamilians across the world for E(e)lam and Srilankan tamilians, which unveiled many political dramas across the globe, many protests, many condemns on and for this island issue. Discussing pros and cons of this is beyond my capabilities and knowledge however the recent political stunt by TamilNadu CM and his team, as a soothing act for indignant tamilians, has forced me to pen down on this.

One thing which was gnawing me for a long time is why the name Eelam, and why not anything else, I thought I should gather the information on this before discussing about this topic, I googled little bit about this name, where I mistyped it as ELAM, in English it still pronounces the same, I was surprised by the meaning, it is the modern Iran way back centuries, say in BC’s was called ELAM, which is known for its warlike people. It sounded very similar to this modern Eelam as well or may be not, tamil purist may grin on this opinion, and might say that Eelam is not known for warlike people but for revolutionary people, I agree may be Elam too had revolutionary people and projected as war prone, only an historian can answer this question, I was not able to get any info on my opinion in the web, it may be coincidence that they both happen to pronounce the same, it seems to be a perfect accident, the way I found this coincidence and the coincidence itself. Anyways let me continue.

After Prabakaran’s dismiss (is it still questionable?), there was daily political stunts and dramas by various political parties in TamilNadu, this includes the ruling government as well, there were allegations against the Srilankan government for violating the human rights for the tamilians in their country, moving a step a head some even said there were both physical and mental tortures on the tamil refugees there, for which they demonstrated hunger strike, this and that, extending their support across the borders and highly agitated for their welfare, every tamilian across the globe felt the heat in their blood by there speeches, dialects rather. For which Tamilnadu CM forced to write a letter a day to keep the opponents attack away to PM of India, requesting and entrusting the welfare of tamilians in that island, and force them to take care of there welfare, where he did flied to discuss when it was sharing of central/cabinet ministerial for his family members.

All those piled up letters of stunts were of no use as opponents were outraging, so he forced to pick some 10 Tamil MP’s, as usual from his party and party which supports him, out of which one was Thirumavalavan, who is the head of his party, who even said violations in Srilanka has crossed its tolerance level, and India should declare a war against Srilanka and suppress its army to save Tamil souls there, his rebellion speech, boiled my tamilians blood in TN, even before the flight to Srilanka he said, that his agency reports has said that tamil people suffer a lot there, srilankan army was/is torturing tamil people and many were killed brutally and so on. By the time he reached Srilanka things were changed drastically it seems, his agency reports seems to be falser, tamilians camps are seems to be well handled and maintained except for drinking water which was little bit contaminated, as reported by one lady MP in the group, otherwise its all fine, and people are not ill-treated, I wont be exaggerating if I say, that MP’s said that Tamilians in Srilanka are happy to stay in camps, and its not satire.

In just two days, Srilankan government has transformed from Bad to Good, government and people who were cursing in less than 48 hrs started praising them, the turmoil in TamilNadu has calmed down, I’m not sure is it the end of tamil turbulence, but it will be soon, and it will be like this always as it has been before.

Tamil MP’s have happy ended this drama with tapestry of their mind.

Chennai to Goa

After a long time, my quest for travel, came true, me along with my colleagues and with their friends, planned a trip to Goa, a beach paradise in north western part of India, we called day off early on Thursday and headed to Goa. We had our first pit stop in less than a kilometer, yeah! You got it correct, as we forgot to take our alcoholic goodies. We called one of our friend back in office, asked him to bring our goodies safely to the pit stop, with the goodies in the cab, we continued our journey, we picked three more on the way and headed towards the National highways, and before we could take a nap I just learned that the driver is getting ready too for the nap, best part is with wheels, it got the shit out of me, thanks to Ravi V one of our travel mate who started a conversation to keep the driver awake and us safe, just like 1001 nights tale 

Roads are pretty good it was like a slide after a bumpy ride, however toll stops are sickest things, I’m exactly not sure for how many kilometers we had such toll stops, but it seems to be more often then the highway motels, after several toll stops we reached Bangalore. By then it started drizzling we started enjoying pleasantness of the weather and headed towards our next destination Tumkur, by this time it started raining, but it was not our concern at this time, as the roads are becoming little bumpy now, for the ongoing highways project, roads are digged every where, suddenly we halted on high way traffic, it’s an accident, I don’t think it is fatal, but sandwiched with huge iron rods.

We started snailing from there, with haunting accident scene, really bad roads ahead, that was roller-coaster ride for next 10 hrs or so, heading towards Mangalore with the hope that the roads will get better soon after, but things are not getting better at all, after couple of pit stops for lunch and dinner, it is still a bumpy ride, and it was raining cats and dogs, with the hopes that things wont get more worse, I took a small nap, in couple of hours van halted, and we learned from the driver, that there was a landslide ahead, and things wont get better until tomorrow, things are getting worse now, its raining cats and dogs, and the language barrier(no one knows Kannda in our van) worsening the situation more.

We quickly had a informal meeting within ourselves, and decided to figure out if there is any alternate route to Goa from there, and if not we will go to Hubli wait till dawn and ahead to Kollore, Udipi, Dharamasala and Saravana, a jolly trip now almost become a pilgrimage if we don’t find the alternate route, “lets see” I said to myself. We figured out there is an alternate route in about 70 kms on the way to Hubli, which is good news, because if that alternative route fails, our second plan is still executable, in few minutes we reached the alternate route junction, and we enquired about the route details with the truck driver near by, he said earlier this route too was blocked the bridge overflowed with water about 10 feet, and two vehicles returned, and few hours back two other vehicle went the same way and it didn’t came back, so assumed the route was clear, it some how sounded sarcastic to us, to be on the safer side, we decided to ahead towards Hubli, driver was feeling sleepy by this time, we decided to halt for few hours, facilitating him for a nap, and we reached Hubli by dawn next day.

We lodged, for few hours to refresh our self, post lunch we vacated and headed towards udipi, roads are still bumpy I think except Bangalore and out skirts of the same, rest of the state yet to be infrastructured, we reached Udipi next day 2 AM, we lodged in a hotel and had a quick nap for few hours, got refreshed headed to Shri Krishna Temple, as many temples in Kerala, in this temple too, shirts are need to be removed, with shirt tucked into my pants exposing my torso, I’m standing in the queue to get the glimpse of Lord Krishna, I thought this is barbaric and uncivilized I mean removing shirts and all, as I was nearing the Karbagraha, I felt so light my so called commonsense started disappearing, I started feeling commonsense itself a burden to man, I started feeling I was nothing, and I owe nothing, and that very feeling was so good, with that emptiness in my soul I had the first glimpse of Lord Krishna, I forgot myself for that moment, I was completely lost, until someone dragged me away, that moment I regained myself, my commonsense recaptured me, I realized I didn’t wished anything to lord, I went back into the queue to wish few things, this time I was not light, this time I was fully occupied, just planning what to ask the Lord, just preparing the list mentally, but the early one was extempore, that feeling was really good, I felt the enjoyment in myself, but this time it was mechanical, conditional, I was not happy with this darshan, I revisited the queue again, and again and again for few more times, to resurrect my first experience, all in vain, with that unknown feeling of pleasure, and wanted to know what the pleasure is I left the premises with astonishment and we reached hotel for a break.

We actually planned to visit Kollur Mookambika temple, same day after that break, but the plan again changed after reaching the hotel, making it true that there is nothing constant except change, and decided to go to Malpu beach near Udipi and to Manipal. As decided we went to beach, had couple of ice creams and headed to Manipal, there is nothing much in there except the university, it is rightly called as university town, we spent few hours discussing what to do there, we didn’t come up with any fruitful ideas, we headed back to hotel, on the way we brought few bottles of beers, to chill out that night, we came to know that we need to vacate the hotel by 2:30 AM tomorrow, to avoid another day rent, as planned we vacated by 3:30 AM next day, and ready to reach Dharmasala, I bought a Dhoti this time, in the process of getting myself prepared to revisit the enjoyment I felt in Udipi, but in vain, I was little bit depressed, the emptiness with I felt in Udipi, which I thought is spiritual and trying to recreate in Dharmasala, but I failed, as I read in many books, it is true, if you are preoccupied, when you are already filled with your opinions/thoughts, this gives no accommodation for the new thoughts, In Dharamasala and in Udipi (except the first time) I was experimenting with my preoccupied theories, however if I would have experimented by true conscious which I did accidently in Udipi, I probably would have reached that stage of emptiness, I read this in many books written by great scholars like Osho, K.V Kamath and all which I failed to recollect. With that amount of satisfaction in myself, I rejoined the team and headed to Bangalore, on a bumpy ghat road, our tire got flat, it took 30 mins or so for the driver to change the tire, and another couple of hours in a near by town to fix the tire. Which delayed our progress, it’s the fifth day of our trip and we reached Bangalore by 9 PM or so, pit stopped for tea and snacks, and then in Hosur for dinner, and started our journey to Chennai, our destination, I was awake for couple of hours, and requested Krishna Das to give company to driver, and I stepped back to have a nap as I need to reach office next day and I slept off, Rajeev woke me up, it was already 5:30 AM and we are in Koyembedu bus stop, greeted everyone and I got down near the bus stop, hired a auto reached home, and I slept like dead for hours.

A Big Fight

As I was surfing through channels, in search of some thing interesting to watch, I was stunned to see this title in NDTV Big Fight program, and it is “Are Naxals terrorists or bandits ? “, doesn’t it dopey? It sounded to me anyways, in either case they are anti-socials, and need to be uprooted. Anyways I was keen to know what there argument is all about and what they are trying to prove here, and so decided to watch this program.

The team which says that Naxals are terrorists wants a military action against them for a bloody massacre, where as the other, who says they are bandits wants them to be arrested and punished as per law, which is hang till death. So in a nut shell one says directly, to kill them and the other says indirectly, to kill them. I’m getting really frustrated, as the people discussing on this insane topic are not novices they are scholars from politics, journalism and couple of human activists and a bunch of spectators, and they are going on blabbering on this, all discussing on this insanity.

At one moment one of the spectator, raised this concern “Has anybody visited the Naxals affected area? Which lacks basic amenities, which is still in the dark ages, which is still under the clutches of capitalists/land lords? People who are suppressed were not able to take anymore, they rebelled to form Naxals” This zipped everyone’s lip for a moment.

This concern tested my patience to the core, I switched to AXN, however the argument was lingering in my mind, I started a debate with myself, what will I do in such conditions? I will rebel, I said. Then are Naxals rebels? May be even terrorists are rebels in one way or the other What made these rebels to be known as terrorists/bandits? To answer this we need to penetrate little under the skin.

Naxalites/Naxals as commonly called, started there ideology in Naxalbari a small village in west Bengal led by Charu Majumdur and Kanu Sanyal, as a revolutionary opposition to the CPI(Marxist), Majumdur greatly admired Mao Zedong, and gathered people in Naxalbari to follow his footsteps, he also inspired the lower class people with his writings (Ref : wiki ). So basically Naxal movements are for the welfare of lower class people, but how? Mujumdar failed to answer that question, because he don’t have the answer and is superiority conscious made him not to accept the same, rather saying no to the peasants who were blindly following him, he redirected the inability and wrathness of the peasants towards the upper class people or rich people. Mujumdar preached that there living conditions are due to these rich class people, which kindled and fueled peasant’s wrath on the upper section. From there Naxals started to destroy the rich class assuming that they are constructing the lower segment, and the war started.

They forgot that constructing the lower segment means reaching the upper section if you start destroying the rich class it means you are going to destroy yourself in the future, and this will be a never ending war, a war of self destruction, it’s a kind of suicidal homicide. Naxals are no more rebels, they were when they started with there ideology they become terrorists and to support there ideology they do banditism.
Naxalism which should have been a cooperative society/movement, rather it took lot of detours and today it finally reached to terrorism, you call it as banditism its still the same, killing innocent civilians, looting their money destroying both public and private properties, cannot be encouraged and should not be tolerated. If civilian action is not enough then impose military action, its not human rights violation, people butchered by them do have rights to LIVE is that not a human rights violation? Common people who are scared of travelling in trains and buses because of these bandits, don’t they have rights to live peacefully? Naxals do have rights to LIVE, but they have to put down their weapons of destruction, there is no concession in it, as long as they question thru ammunitions there answers will also be ammunitions, its rightly said, what you sow is what you reap.

Fatalistic or Unrealistic

On a Saturday morning, after a rhubarb cricket match, I was heading back home along with my friends Sripall, Rajan and Vijay. We took a train to beach station, as we pass by several pit stops, we all noticed one thing, entraining commuters don’t even care for detraining passengers, they didn’t give enough room to detrain and every one were taking this barbaric action for granted, including my friends, when I outrageously said why they are behaving like cattle’s, all my friends unanimously shouted at me to stop jiving at them. One thing I don’t understand when the car is already full, you push and crush yourself, in that jam packed car like cattle, by intruding into others space for which you don’t even excuse, you don’t even feel bad, and you call this as adjustment, but actually you are compromising, you are compromising on your pride, your self respect your liberty last but not the least your dignity.

Why you want to compromise on your private space, as per the Human rights commission of India and Indian Law, your liberty stops where others starts, it also includes your private space, you don’t share the public restrooms with your neighbor just because he is about to blast his bladder, either you wait or make him wait, but for sure you don’t share the space. Though these rules don’t apply in train, however logic does. When the train that you are about travel, gets delayed don’t you gather all buddy passengers and block the other train which is on time, forcing it to get delayed as well, sharing the pain and un-comfortableness instead of joy and happiness to your fellow commuters, redefining socialism.

Now let’s see the arguments that you come up to support your compromising act, inadequate trains, delayed frequencies, procrastinative authorities and deprecative ministries, you blame them all as if you are perfect and promptitude , how many times you raised your concerns to the respective authorities about the sanitary conditions in the trains/buses you travel? How many times you raised your concern to the authorities to increase the frequency of the bus/trains that you travel? Have you ever taken time to notice that in a bus that there are only 25 passengers are allowed to travel as standees? If you have noticed that and till wish to travel as the 26th standee passenger, what you expect me to call you as human or cattle? Cattle cant read, so there are NGO’s to regulate there transport, but you are a human being, you took the pride of being the superior of all creations, you claim to have the sixth sense, however you lack that basic common sense that you should not travel as 26th standee passenger where only 25 standees are allowed.

I know you can come up with several lame excuses, you might be running out of time to office, is that not a lack of time management? There might not be sufficient services after that service? As mentioned earlier, have you raised that concern to the respective authorities? Have you discussed about this with your co-passengers and enlightened them? It is not illogical or unrealistic, what I’m suggesting is practical, and I’m practicing. When Karl Marx suggested the theory of communism, the theory is for 80% needy who were getting crushed by 20% of privileged however his communist theory was called impractical and illogical by those needy, and it was called as unrealistic by the privileged group, however now 20% of that communist country threatens the 80% of the democratic, secularist and capitalistic theories. When Raja Ram MohanRoy was preaching against Sati, he was ridiculed by the society, saying that the reformation is impossible however now you can’t even find the meaning for the word Sati in the dictionary. When society was filled with Theist and theology myths, there was only one spark that rose into fire to burn out the myths, the spark of Atheism is later known as Periyar. When the world was following the foot steps of violence, there was one pair which detour and walked towards non-violence, MohanDas Karamchand Ghandi, later known as Mahatma, superior of all souls.

They all were pooh-poohed by their friends, relatives and family members for theories, claimed them as impractical, however, these theories later become renowned theories. It is true that they suffered a lot to reach this stage, they reincarnated from there dead fish life, yes we are leading a dead fish life, which stinks for those who don’t know how to cook (Enemies) and it’s an appetizer for those who knows to cook (Friends). It’s true that we are leaving for others we are just like that dead fish, only others determine whether we stink or not. The day we start leaving for our own, we will learn from the world and we preach world.

Is that not true, that you feel agitated when some one crushes you in the bus/train, and you still stay like dead fish killing your emotions, you surely want to warn that person, but in that jam packed bus, you fear that your voice may not be heard. You keep yourself mum, if you are in pleasant mood you call this as adjustment/compromise, and if you are disturbed you call this as fatalistic. However once your start knowing this as your irresponsibility you start seeing changes. It doesn’t mean you have to be emotionally jugular but responsible.

A Wednesday on Sunday

On a Sunday noon, getting increasingly bored by regular TV programmes and movies, thought of taking a break and watch this movie “A Wednesday”, which raised my eye brows, is this an Indian movie? Is the first question which rose in my mind. The movie was meticulously screen played, astronomically photographed the Aam Adami’s (A stupid common man) feelings and emotions.

For a naked eye movie seems to be a bunch of insane techniques, fortunately for such insane eye’s movie does provide enough logic, its true that world wide web teaches how to build all 007 gadgets to common man, if and only if he want explore and learn, that too free of cost. If this web would have exploded much earlier, Bhagat Singh wouldn’t have blasted the courtyard, anyways I wanna steal this opportunity to share Bhagat Singh’s intention, and he is the first Aam Adami, (to my knowledge) who exploded within and carefully utilized media to share and publish his thoughts, Nasuruddin Shah (Aam Adami) followed the same foot steps.

It is an undeniable truth that today common man’s life is not secured, thou leaders rant about the common’s security, frequent bomb blasts pooh-poohs that. Is that not true that common man’s wife call him at least 10 times a day to check if he is ok, the call may be disguised each time as it is a regular call to check, whether he had lunch and all, is that not true that common’s mother worries about his travel in train after a series of train blast. Is that not a common man’s attitude, if the train that he missed was blasted none but everyone killed, for which he thanks god for saving his life and there goes offering for saving him from tomorrow. Take an example of recent Mumbhai blast, even after several months, there are no verdicts, no punishments and there are no proper evidence.

Are our race effeted? What happened to our so called culture and civilization, which used to care for other, is that morbided? Where is our sixth sense? We are living like animals disguising as homo-sapiens.

A Wednesday raised all these questions, this is Aam Adami, and we are falling prey to congress Aam Adami, it is Aam Adami’s tax money and task force life, the politicians are playing with, what is the point in capturing a terrorist when he will be set free down the line, are we making a joke of our self? I pooh-pooh those who call this against human rights, human rights are for humans not for terrorists, and don’t loose your brains by calling them as humans when they have no sign of humanity.

As rightly said in the movie, don’t wait for your family members or relations or friends to be the victim of such blasts, I don’t even suggest to have a steel balls like Nasuruddin Shah in the movie, at least condemn the wrong and report the same to authorities in charge, how many of us do this? How many of us report a rash driving to traffic police? How many of us report a public nuisance to the cop? We always tend to safe guard our home, when our neighbors are in fire, forgetting that the fire will catch us soon. It’s true in all cases. Its time to evolve for the revolution and this time, it’s the revolution for humanity and not for power.

Budget 2009-10

It seems to be a bilateral agreement between the rich and power, thou Pranab started the budget with congress tantric word “Aam Adami”, Pranab pooh-poohed the common man’s interest, increasing the income tax slab Aam Adami can say only say a max of INR 8.22 which is a huge money for Aam Adami to buy a car with 2000cc capacity and LCD TV, probably now it’s the state government turn to distribute free LCD TV’s as they become lower in price.

At the birds eye view, the budget has no radical impressions, but filled with rational decisions on poor and needy, overall budget has only increase and decrease in the margins rather benefits and action plans. There were no plans to bring the faulted money from foreign banks, and we are sure that India is not a corrupt free country.

There are no steps for taken to fund foreign banks from poor Indian’s taxes, no proper regulation has been imposed on SEBI to invest or disinvest foreign exchange in Indian markets. There is not even eyesight on money laundry, forget about the steps to control, especially at this recession stage, money laundry plays a vital role in controlling a country’s economy. Never forget poverty leads to terrorism and other anti-social activities.

First the railway budget which was joke, followed by the general budget, Indians had become puppets to congress and congress to foreign elements, days are not so far where Quttorichi can become the Defense minister, as after bofers with 600 crore INR corruption, his next deal is to buy fighter jets for IAF for 1000 + Cr INR.

When Indian scientists are sweating like hell to complete TEJAS, and all they running short is few hundred crores, for which congress government has no funds but can afford to spend 1000 CR on foreign jets. Every foreign university are targeting Indian student to lure them, no doubt that they have a better facilities than Indian institutions, however with the money that every Indian student spends in abroad education, building that world class facilities in Indian institutions should be an overnight job. It is not an exaggeration, according to the recent statistical report US earns $500 Million annually from India, through this educational business, welcome to the open market. And the worst part is students who go there for education they don’t want to come back to India, they are ready to change the last drop of their blood to get the citizenship in that country, this is alarming the local residents one way or the other it is stealing there bread, which gives raise to such alarms and attacks.

India has faced recent Racial/Ethical attacks as well, and there were no such anguish activates except in couple of states, when Biharies and other north state people were brutally attacked in Maharashtra. The reasons are same, and this kind of alarms and communal attacks are spread across the country, tamilians ill-treated in Karnataka, Andharawals ill-treated in TamilNadu, the list is endless across the globe.

I was not surprised by the exclusive stunt by Bachan, by dishonoring the Australian varsity award, it will definitely help him for his political carrier, he didn’t dishonored the State when UP people where brutally attacked in Maharashtra, except for his condemn, after all old fox needs no training. Slogans of “Bharath Mata ki Jay” in Melbourne by importuned students is a joke, there ostracism towards India was well known.

It is true that my fellow brother (Indian) was attacked on racial grounds I condemn it, at the same time don’t impute the attacker, I’m not encouraging the attacking, I’m asking don’t give the opportunity for such attacking. Rather ostracizing Indian institutions, help in guiding the government in improving the facilities. I’m not asking to forbid the abroad universities, study there for knowledge and not for Pride and falsely adulation, which you expect to receive.

Tolerant vs Enlightment

Once Paul and his friends were travelling through woods to distant town, Paul found a dead Hare with 3 legs, and said to his friends its strange with 3 legs Hare’s are so swift, one of his friend giggled and said “No, Paul Hare’s have 4 legs”, which agitated Paul and said “don’t you see Hare has got only 3 legs, I’ve it right in my Hand”. Paul’s friend said, may be this Hare is handicapped or lost one in an accident, Hare’s have 4 legs, check with our friends if you want, without any doubt every one said “yes, Hare’s have 4 legs”.

Paul was not able to accept it, he got a hare in his hands with 3 legs, said to his friends “just because you all chorus it doesn’t mean it has got 4 legs, I’ve one in my hand as proof with 3 legs, so all Hare’s should have 3 legs, if you all say it has got 4 legs, show me the proof with at least one hare with 4 legs” now all the friends are in trouble, find a live hare in woods is not an easy task, more over they have to capture it so that they can show to there friend Paul.

Friends started hunting for a hare, they spent hours after hours, all in vain, and returned empty handed to Paul, and said they cant find one, Paul said you cant find one because there is none, just by side passed a hunter with a hunted hare in his hand, that was relief to all the friends, and showed the hare to Paul, unfortunately has shot the hare on one of its leg, which has chopped its leg, and it has got only 3 legs, which strengthen the Paul’s claim, friends want to get out of the argument and leave Paul to live in his belief, but at the same they don’t want Paul to live in something which is not correct.

They decided to hunt for the hare again, and this time after several hours they manage to hunt one, and showed the same to Paul, to there astonishment, Paul said “may be your hare has got one extra limb, just like you claimed mine as handicapped, as I have two hares with just 3 legs, and you got only one with 4, to consider this I need more evidences”. Now all the friends were stunned, and were about to give up, as it become more difficult to prove hare’s have 4 legs, however they don’t want their friend to be an ignorant. They went in search of hares again and they came out with couple of hare’s fortunately all with 4 legs.

Paul verifying all the hares leg said “you all took whole day to find hares with four legs, where only me found hares with 3 legs in few hours, so it seems to find hares with four legs are rare and with 3 legs are common, as per my knowledge I infer that hares with 3 legs are more than the hares with 4 legs, I accept that hares have 4 legs, however it seems that hares with 3 legs are common, what you all say?

This dumbed all the friends.

For The Sake Of Argument

For away from home, in the other part of the world, is the sickest thing that I can ever imagine, however, staying with friends who are warm and friendly people to work with, then take it for granted, you are in heaven, I’m in Boston most of the year since last year, I started enjoying this, on the social view it has given me different dimension, I’m a person for a physiological quest, I was in an assumption that I know enough about the people where I live, and it is shattered by one of my friend staying with me in Boston.

We often get into arguments sometimes it becomes really hot and heavy, but only verbal clashes within dignity. I’m going to discuss few such arguments here, it was a fine spring noon, with clear sky and all, at a distant place in the sky I saw a light, so bright and all, I showed that to Bharath and asked him what it would be, Bharath had a lazy look at it and said “it is an airplane” I said dude cannot be, it is so bright outside and a clear sky, and sun is brighter outside, moreover the light is not flashing, I said “it cannot be a flight”, in just a wink the light disappeared, I called Bharath again and asked him where did the light go?, its not there anymore, he reluctantly answered, probably the flight has landed, I again stressed, it cannot be an airplane and kept mum, and I was thinking in myself, may be Bharath is correct, it is an airplane, however I was not convinced, that it could be a flight.

As to break the silence, Bharath asked “if that is not an airplane, what do you think it is?” I sincerely don’t have an answer, I thought for a second or so and gave an insane answer it might be an UFO, I know it totally doesn’t make any sense, I just want to cut it off there, but it turned out to be an argument when Sripall said “Good, atleast you did say it is Krishna’s Chakra”, I know he got pissed off, it really showed the Sripall’s frustration, let me try to explain about Sripall, he is man who needs a scientific explanation to support any statement, and he may or may not accept the logical explanation, he is an atheist to the core, but practices Zen and Tao philosophy, without even knowing it. Anything without a scientific explanation pisses him off, So there is no wonder that he got pissed off when I say it is an UFO, as there is no scientific explanation for UFO.

And I don’t know whether knowing the heat Bharath changed the topic, or it is just a coincidence, he started teasing, the way I use introduce myself to others, though my first name is Gopi, I like to refer myself as Krishna which is my last name. Bharath asked its your name after all, why don’t you like your first name, and I questioned him why don’t you call me the way I prefer to be called, Sripall joined Bharath asking me, why you don’t like your first name, I seriously don’t want answer that question, to Sripall, as my answer is not supported by any scientific experiments or may be it is, but I don’t have the reference, so I avoided it and bluntly said, just call me the way I preferred to be called. Bharath said that I got pissed off to Sripall, and I said “No, I was not pissed off”, Bharath keep saying that I’m pissed off, and I drafted a reference to prove that I was not pissed off and said “if what Sripall said is due to frustration, when I mentioned the bright object as UFO, I can understand why you people are saying that I’m pissed off, otherwise it doesn’t make any sense to me”, and there was pin drop silence for a min or so both there faces are blank.

Bharath concluded that I’m really pissed off, but I’m not till this point, all I was trying is to, make them understand that I’m not pissed off, after this point I started asking myself, why I need to prove that I’m not frustrated, and that frustrated me.

I’m not sure have they got my logical reference and still thinking that I’m just referenced something insanely let me know if any of you before I start digging it further…

Black Revolution

Major power cuts, and sweat shower is quite common for the people in TamilNadu, I’ll not be exaggerating if I say that people are having sweat dreams rather sweet dreams, even in the dreams they don’t see light due to power failure, I swear I’m not joking.

Last weekend there was 16 hours power cut in the place where I live I went crazy usually the power cut will be for two hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, daily, at around 10:30 AM I called the TNEB enquiring about the issue, they said they have some problem to fix, I got pissed off, I questioned why didn’t they do it, in those two hours, which was a schedule (actually this is not scheduled either) power shutdown, the response was terrific thou, “ we haven’t scheduled this job at that time thou” was the response from the other end, he is really getting into my nervous, I politely asked him again, when is the power restoration expected, again a terrific response “will restore once the job is completed”, and banged the phone without giving any stipulated period.

I decided to chew the fat with some books and all, however unable to chew much, I going reckless called them again and again at one hour intervals, and was getting a monotonous reply “will restore once the maintenance task is completed”. Around 4:00 PM or so, I become so reckless and bullets in my guts started firing, I called them again and fired them with unparliamentarily (may be parliamentary) words, to my fate, this time the phone was answered by a woman, I was embarrassed she sounded to be the age of my mother, and she probably never would have expected such words when she was about to answer the phone, some how she managed to responded to my call, with shivering voice (may be because of shock) she said, “Sir, we are not responsible for the maintenance job, please wait I’ll give you the number where you can reach them directly” and she gave me the number and she apologized for the inconvenience caused and simply banged the phone, without knowing how to respond.

I called the other number, feeling sorry for her, for using such an abuse words, and the conversation went like this:

Me: EB department.

EB: Yes

Me: Sir, there was a power cut in my house for the past 10 hours or so, I’m residing at Perrianna Ngr.

EB: Yes sir, the maintenance job is going on, once it is completed the power will resume.

Me: Cut that crap, for the past 10 hrs, what the hell are you doing? Are you not paid? Is there any one in your department who is willing to work at least for the 50% of the amount they are getting paid for? Don’t you people feel guilty for not doing any work and getting paid?
EB: Sir, we strain a lot, don’t you understand that we are working and not playing, it will take time. You have to wait. (He was dominating rather dictating that I’ve to wait)

Me: Hey, stop yelling at me, I’m the customer, and you have to give me the estimated time period for this task, I can’t shower myself with sweat, I’m stinking myself, even if they construct a bridge they will give an estimation, why cant you give me the time, when the power will be restored? Are you such novice workers?

EB: I don’t have to give you all that info?
(He was about to hang up, I interrupted)

Me: I’m recording the call, and I’ll file a case against you for your irresponsibility, give me your section engineer number I’ll speak to him
(He gave me the section Engineer number, and he was shivering like Hell, I could feel, I called the section Engineer)

Me: Hello, Am I speaking with Balaji?

Balaji: yes

Me: Are you the section Engineer, in TNEB? (Just to confirm)

Balaji: Yes, who is this?

Me: This is Krishna, from Perianna Ngr, and there is a power shut down for the past 10 hours or so? May I know whatz going on?

Balaji: Yes sir, there is a maintenance job going on, will resume once it is completed.

Me: Balaji, this is insane, there was an unscheduled, scheduled power shutdown daily from 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, even after a State Electricity minister has requested to stop such shut downs, do you have any sensible answers?

Balaji: Sir, first you need to understand, that if I have enough electricity, I don’t need to shut it down, there is a huge scarcity for the power across the sate, you sound to be sensible, and I believe you know, that state government is approving licenses huge factories, who consume lion share of the state power, because of that there is huge scarcity for the same, it is partially true, that the power shut down has been taken out only in the major cities of the state, and people in the outskirts of the city are forced to suffer minimum of 2 hours power shutdown, and in the cities there is still power shutdown in the name of unforeseen issues. I can feel the heat in your shoes, give me 30 mins time, I’ll make arrangement to resume power for you.

Me: Thank you, Sir.

And in 10 mins, the power was resumed, and the words of the Balaji, are lingering in my ears, the state government knowing that we cant afford electricity to those big industries, they still welcome them, for huge bribe scandal, and they are projected as the employment opportunities to the public, even yesterday state government has provided licenses to two major industries at the estimated price of 1500 Cr, lightning 3000 job seekers but pushing 300,000 people to dark.

Blaming the previous government for not providing enough sources of energy management is bull shit, state government is just horsing around, obviously they will, when people are sheep’s, its high time for them to stuff their bank accounts

More Challenges for the Physically Challenged

As I was travelling on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, oh no its not OMR anymore, it is IT- Corridor Road, horseshit I’m wrong again, it is IT Highway, may be I’m wrong again it is Rajiv Gandhi road, Jesus Christ, I believe I’m right this time. It is not only this road got many names in Chennai, Mount Road alias Anna salai, kamaraj salai or Beach road and many more, at this rate a single road will have multiple post codes in the future. I’m not kidding. Anyways I would like to call this road conventionally as OMR which makes lot sense.

During the construction of this OMR, goddamm, I thought its going to be 4 liners each side, as it has come to completion now, it stood to 21/2 liner at most places and 3 liner at other places, as median takes rest of space, as wide as a liner, worlds widest median, with no foot path for the pedestrians and no separate sideway for cyclers to encourage cyclers as provided in any international standard roads, even after witnessing the fuel shortage, TNRDC has taken no steps to encourage neither pedestrians nor cyclers. Worst part is cyclers has to travel along with other motorized vehicles risking there life, in most of the place of OMR, and don’t forget OMR is called as a highway built with international standards.

Median has literally forced all the vehicles to travel, at least a couple of kilometers before they take a U turn, I don’t read any sensible note on this, but still, cant expect more from these morons. For pedestrians there are couple of over bridges at some calculated distance, at deserted areas, I don’t understand what the purpose of this over bridge is?, is this for the pedestrians convenient? TNDRC over bridges at deserted areas will be deserted too, and don’t blame the poor pedestrians for not utilizing your functionality, as it is of more strain to them. Make some sensible decisions morons, use your brains and not kidneys, probably that’s the reason why your ideas stinks.

The more sarcastic part is how a physically challenged person is gonna cross the road, it is challenging question to TNRDC, lets not ridicule this (TNRDC) handicappers any more, I’m not kidding, I have seen many physically challenged people literally crawling to cross the roads, as they are unable to crawl that long to reach the over bridge or even to climb the over bridge, so they dare to challenge their lives in front of speeding vehicle. And we know for our IT professionals, they are humans in Onsite and beasts while on offshore. They care about Lane disciple onsite, offshore they give a shit to it. They don’t have time to worry for this crawlers, what if even if they are hit dead, India has more than a billion population, we can still manage. Goodos to TNRDC and ministry of Highways for joining their hands with Ministry of Health for drawing a smart way to bring down the population by challenging the lives of Physically challenged and Pedestrians.

This writing is not for making fun, or just for ridiculing someone, please think it over, you may have one person from your knows who may be pedestrian or Physically challenged on this OMR. Its a million dollar question isn’t it? On this lovely weekend, Karthick, Guppy and I decided to go to “Lakshmi Temple” in Framingham located in the outskirts of Boston. As thisi s my first visit to USA, I take enough time to explore things around me and take photos both on camera and my eyes.

We three are in south station to board to Framingham, few more mintues for the train to departure, suddenly Karthick ran towards ATM, to withdraw cash, and said something to us which I failed to catch, I believe Guppy too, he followed him and he decided to withdraw some cash too, I don’t know what to do I bluntly followed Guppy, towards ATM, and I stopped at a distance to ATM, it is not to give privacy to Guppy, but to watch, rather explore a bull made of wood, by some school children in Boston and presented to south station on some occasion, I just had a Glimpse to confirm is Guppy still there at ATM, and started reading the importance of the BULL, after reading the history of the bull I decided to take a picture of the same and was about to open my camera pouch, in the very moment I felt the hand on my shoulder, its none other than Guppy, asking me where is karthick? I replied to him how do I know? I was following you and not him, it was a total miscommunication as Guppy was in a conclusion that I will be with karthick since he is withdrawing cash, I was fully loaded with the bull and just keeping half eye on Guppy for my security, and Karthick was seen no were, we searched for him for some time, and gave up, assuming that he would have boarded the train to Framingham, Karthick was in Boston for almost an year, so he knows better than us.

Guppy some how handled the situation and said to me that we will find when is the next train to Framingham and will go to the temple as planned, and that sounded good to me, we bought the tickets for the next train and pizza for breakfast, and we are sitting in the waiting area, Guppy was sipping coffee after the breakfast all of sudden I could see a brightness in his eyes, as if he saw something really surprising and he said “Hey, look there, its Vijaykanth”. I asked him where, Guppy pointed his finger behind me, I could see no VijayKanth there, I asked him again where, he said “there, in that man’s vests, printed VijayKanth photo” pointing to the gentleman to my left. I said “come on Guppy no way, its Boston”, Guppy with little command in voice “I swear, he has Vijaykanth’s photo printed in his Vest, if you don’t trust me you go and have a look” I could feel a confidence in his voice. Not that I don’t trust Guppy, but I really want to see that person who is advertising for Vijaykanth, I got up from my seat and started walking towards the Gentleman who is waking towards the Enquiry counter, to my surprise he is wearing a vest with Vijaykanth photo and his new political party name printed.

I introduced myself to him and he said his name his Dave (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his last name) and asked him did he know who is that person in the photo?, to my astonishment he said his name is “Vijaya kaanth” pronounced almost correctly, and I interviewed him for few mins:

ME: How do you know him?

Dave: I was in Pondicherry for few months, where I learned about him.

ME: May I know what you learned about him?

Dave: I learned that he has started a new party and I happened to hear his political party’s manifesto, and was really surprised to see down to earth and practical vows for the welfare of the people, I wish he wins and keeps up his promise. I also watched couple of movies which are really good, is he an Indian James bond?

ME: (Tittering) a kind of? He is more like action hero.

Dave: Oh I see, he should win.

ME: what makes you to say so? I mean may I ask you why?

Dave: Well, I been to few places in south India, and I was really unhappy to see the pathetic living conditions of the people, I could also see the carelessness of the Government on this, all that India requires at this time is a leader like him, who has an urge to server people, I wish we have one Vijaykanth in America as well.

ME: Good to hear that Dave, Nice talking to you, Can I have your photograph?

Dave: Sure, why not?

He poses and I photographed him, and went back to my seat where Guppy is waiting for me, Guppy asked me what was all about the conversation? I narrated him what went on with us, and I thought probably we missed the train to interview him, Guppy remained that we got few more minutes to catch the train.

We boarded the train to Framingham and Dave words are still lingering in my mind.

Peace talks Vs Inability

India with a population of 100 crores, standing second in the world, forecasted to be the first in next couple of years, I’m not here to discuss, is India becoming first in the population is good or not, I’m here to discuss will India become first in population or at least retains its current position.

Human life are taken for a toss here, uncontrollable inflation, corrupted government officials, irresponsible leaders, ritual riots, religious riots and adding fuel to the fire are insensible and unhealthy citizens, are available slow poison to India, and to add to the list is the terrorism an unanswerable question across the world, who funds them what is there goal? Why are they doing this? What is there aim? All these are unanswerable.

There were serious of bomb blasts over the past few years in India, 1993’s Bomb blast in Bombay, is still a partially closed case and verdicts are not strong enough to hold Terrorism in India, worlds biggest Democratic parliament was attacked by terrorists and we were holding peace talks with them, while they talk to us using AK 47 and gelatin sticks. I know that India has singed for the Non Aligned Movement (NAM), and I appreciate that they still stick to this on the glue of Indian citizens.

The recent Jaipur blast, Bangalore blasts, Ahmadabad and the Delhi blasts has taken dozens of Indians lives, and India is on peace talks, if strict and strong actions were been taken on Bombay blasts, the story wouldn’t have continued, I don’t know how many more lives they require to take serious actions on terrorism, It is not only the inability of the Government it is the inability of the citizens as well, the tendency to compromise on almost everything. It’s a shame on our intelligence department and on us for not governing them well.

The world has reacted on terrorism very badly Twin towers blast in USA has left the debris in Afghanistan, Militants in Israel, given Israeli military a noisy entry to Palestine and so on, back in India, rather invading we surrender our lands to them, known is Pakistan occupied Land, unknown is China occupied India, which is a silent killer to India.

I wonder how People have healthy sex, to bring their offspring’s in this unhealthy situation, proving manhood but living a eunuch’s life. The citizens of India are not vasudev, to produce as much as possible searching for Lord krishna, to kill Kamsa. We are living a slave’s life, let come out of our slavery for the freedom of our offspring’s.

I’m not giving solution, for this situation, as we are used to spoon feeding, we failed to use our Right to Vote, sensibly so as the sixth sense. There are only two groups who use sixth sense effectively, Politicians on how to goof people and Terrorist’s on how to destroy people?

Economic Growth

After the 61years of independence where are we standing on the grounds of economic standards, people who say that we are self sustained, and we have a grown a lot on the economic grounds I want them to think again, I was surprised to watch in one of the special programs hosted on the Independence day, the pride that today’s youth have on the growth of economic standards is scaring me, rather it turns out to be a nightmare to the country. Below are the points that were fired to support for there views.

1) Obsolete of “No vacancy” because of globalization, even a fresher gets a on today’s market.
2) Luxurious life since the availability of international brands
3) Average income exceeding 15k per month and so on

I was stunned to see the youngsters living in such an illusionary world, let’s see the reality in the points they have registered,

Anyone who steps in Chennai, can find a job easily, unless and until he is the laziest creature in the world, or a self respectful person, yes I mean it self respect, almost 60% to 80% of the Chennai sleeps during the day and works during night, I mean job in International call centers, night shifts are not new to our community, right from the stone age there are people who were doing night shifts, to safe guard the sleeping persons from wild animals and enemies. But our youngsters are burning their midnight oil to burn their dreams, this is the worst suicide I’ve ever come across and in many places where both work in IT or ITES industry, it turns out to be an homicide which ultimately leads to genocides. Don’t say that they are working hard to safe guard the country or their families or themselves at least but the reality is they are actually ruining all. For a hand full of salary the youngsters dream is buried forever, with this lump sum amount, and globalization what ever product or goods the youngster buys happens to be an international brand, obviously he works for international clients, the normal cotton shirt which costs around 300 to 500 INR max, is now costing him 1500 INR min for the brand he wish to buy, goodos to the globalization and yes there is an economic growth which enabled him to spend thrice of what the actual price is. In many case the initial salary of a youngster earns is twice or thrice his/her father’s salary, but actually not, father’s salary is broken into bits and pieces like allowances, dividends and pension. Any which ways who cares for long term benefit, He is ready to buy a property by offering twice or thrice the actual price, since there is huge money without future benefits he thinks he can afford too, but unfortunately he regrets half way down, but thanks to the international banks for immediate help, to give another illusion of support, with pride that he owns a property now, sarcastically it lasts only for a near future, by the time he closes loan, he owns only a jalopy. Same thing goes with the plans of owning a vehicle, no Indian car suits his/her need, the new economic policies and globalization has already seized the Indian automobile industry, he/she can buy a foreign car or an Indian car manufactured with a foreign collaboration, profiting multi national companies, again thanks to international banks for supporting our youngster now he can buy car, but owns a jalopy.

From inner wears to outer wears, from car to property, from phone to home appliances what ever he/she buys in India is not from an Indian company, whatever he earned the lion share, probably the whole share is given to the international giants again. Thanks to globalization.

Where is the economic growth to India? I can see only western countries growth on Indian’s hard work and their self esteem
.
It is not only with ITES, It is 100% applicable to software engineers as well, the only difference between them and call center executives are their shift timings, unfortunately not all times. Whatever paid to our youngsters is been taken back through life style they live and through the globalization imposed on them. In today’s market their buying power is huge to buy any products or goods by paying twice or thrice more then the actual price, if this trend continues the trend of assassinating farmers, one meal price will be astronomically huge and their buying power will just look like an atom when compared.

If that is called as an economic growth, yes we are on its way.

India 1947 to 2008

At this historical moment, where everybody seeing future, I planned to divert from them to look back nation’s foot steps over these 61 years, I don’t know how many of us know that 15th August 1947, the first Independence day of India was not celebrated by the father of Nation and to the worse he boycotted the celebrations, for which he said it’s the treaty of separation between India and Pakistan, sarcastically he is the one who encouraged that treaty, who welcomed that separation, as he was afraid to loose father of nation title to Jinnah. The first step towards nation’s future becomes a wrong move.

It is in 1947, the treaty to hand over Subhash Chandra Bose alias popularly known as Nethaji, was signed, and was duly accepted by all political leaders that includes Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru and many others. Nethaji, was one of his kind of leaders who had passion towards country, but yet to get his freedom to LIVE in his country for which he was ready to give his life and never called that has a sacrifice. A great leader, the real meaning for the word patriotism has been removed from the dictionary of India. People may have forgotten the leader but Nation will not.

And it continued right from electing the first prime minister of India, thou Nehru made some good process by enlightening Green and Blue revolution, however before they deep root, Green and Blue revolutions had been uprooted by Industrial revolution. Prato’s rule has been perfectly applied here, for 20%’s well being 80% farmer’s life has been challenged, and still its been challenging for them.

Communal harmony, there is no secular party in India, there are only two types of parties one who favor Hindus and who doesn’t. From 1994 communal dispute to 2008 Amarnath Land dispute it was always been a vote bank for all the parties, I really don’t understand what secularism means in Indian dictionary, I don’t want to kindle any communal disputes by my writing, however I would like to ask all the communities, if holding a membership in Madarasa or CSI is not an religious affair, then how come holding a membership in RSS or VHP becomes a communal disgrace. I request all the communities to come out of such religious taboos, and I also request all the political leaders not to exploit such community and force them to hold a membership in such groups because of the disparity shown on communities, which will definitely lead to such memberships.

Political drama, one the eve of Independence day celebrations both the State and Central government has declared a salary hike to their employees, as state government has already visualized the government employees power in the previous elections, which they want to bank again has shared their secret with Central as well, I would have said on the eve of the elections rather on the eve of Independence Day. It was rightly said that person is a human and people are sheep’s, hearty welcome to the slaughter house.

New economic policies, we are proud to have a Prime Minister who consummates in economics, however I doubt his proficiency in the subject inflation close to 13%, he still finds hard to control it with his well renowned economist who also holds the ministry of Finance. There are so many Special Economic Zone’s rooted raised and still being getting planted, its all good but what are we going to eat, I believe humans have still not developed a technology to digest software’s or electronic goods.

India’s true economic growth is in the agriculture industry, what ever economic growth that we see now is an illusion, and we are seeing this growth at a distance closer we go it will disappear like a mirage. I have seen people, who just don’t care about this they are such an introvert they just want to live for them selves, and they don’t even realize that their heirs has to live in this world as they haven’t found anything new yet to Live.

Live Let Live… Jai Hind

Horse Trading Vs Whore’s bargaining

In a democratic country like India, people elect there leaders (supposed to be there servants as per the constitution) with the confidence that the elected leaders will bring shine to there life, unfortunately the leaders who showcased themselves as altruist for the vote bank, proves to be a square peg in a circle hole. After gaining the confidence from the people, the government has to again gain the confidence from the parliament, whoever wins the losers are always the people either these scapegoats burn there own pocket or their lives.

Today the D-Day for the ruling party to gain the confidence from the parliament, to retain their thumb over the fist, after the left withdrawn the support on N-Deal, congress hauled, short and loud to prove they are right, I don’t say there actions are all vain, but they should be. The MP’s who were against the government few weeks back are now sharing the plates with the government. I’m surprised to see these non-schooled philologists describing the benefits of the deal.

It is a cheap drama of the Congress, as I mentioned in my earlier blog’s, when Congress raised the fuel prices, there were protest all over India, to handle this they created the demand for the fuel, within few hours, people as scapegoats are ready to buy the fuel at any cost but all they need is a supply, when barrel was costing 140$, there was a price hike now it has come down below 130$, but government has taken no steps or signs to reduce the price.

Now N-Deal issue, Congress projects the N-Deal as to fulfill the India’s future need for the electricity, for which there is a protest from the various parties, to goof the common people (Aaam Admi as per the Sonia’s terminology) Congress has now created an artificial demand to prove to the public that we are not sufficient with the electricity supply as well, there are power cuts all over India including the metropolitan cities like Mumbai and Chennai where people react soon .Our PM knows how to play with demand and supply strategy, I accept he is an economist but let me ask one question after independence Congress has ruled India for almost 40+ years and we are not even sufficient with any thing, including a leader with more than 1 billion population, probably that’s the reason they want a foreign origin to rule our country, fortunately A.P.J didn’t allow that unfortunately he was not allowed to continue his seat, the sadist thing that can ever happen to India.

Yeah, there is one "Inflation", Finance minister has been saying that it will tamed in a week or so, for the past 4 or 5 months, now the economist (both FM and PM) are realizing the heat of inflation rate when they actually started there horse trading with MP’s, to add the fuel, the horse’s didn’t kept their mouth shut unlike traditional horses they bargained like bitches, and finally sold the confidence of the people who elected them.

It has been more than 50 years since independence India is no more an adolescent country in economy as projected by our elected swindlers, let’s live in convalescent India after eliminating these swindlers.

Toll Plazas in OMR

As Chennai under gone lot of renovations in the past few years, road network have improved a lot and new roads are laid to keep Chennai moving on its alarming growth rate. A few such landmark ventures are ECR Project, OMR Project, Inner and Outer Ring Road project and Pallavaram Highway Project and it keeps adding to the list.

The recent project which is in the completion mode and widely used by the public or probably forced to used, since all the IT companies are moved here, major part of the population are forced to use this Road, so it obviously becomes the Government’s responsibility to improve the road standards, when you ask a section of people to move an isolated location, it becomes the Government responsibility to organize the things for them, for which they any which ways collect taxes and why the fine as well, I mean the toll price.

I was shocked to hear that there will be a toll plaza imposing fines on the motorists for using this road, as if I’m volunteered to use it, I was forced. Any which ways Property Tax, Road Tax, Corporation/ Panchyat Tax are collected for the welfare of the area apart from this, billions are collected as tax from the Public for fulfilling there basic needs, which includes the road transport as well. It is purely there responsibility to provide these amenities to the public from the tax they have collected if they can’t do this they don’t know proper budgeting. I know that the lion share of the tax collected is given to the Defense and security system of the Nation however the catch is major share of the tax collected tax is bribed to the leaders, who are good at converting the White to Black. This is not a myth an undiscovered and unexplored truth.

Every political leader in India is a Bermuda’s triangle anyone tries to explore disappears leaving no trace of the investigator. Below is the rough calculation that the government would like to swindle from the public and my calculations are based on the minimal percentage at any given point of time and will definitely be twice or thrice the figure which shown below.

The entire OMR project was estimated to INR 290 CR, and the collections are turned out to be INR 33.3 CR (which is bare minimum and expected to be twice of this) per year assuming that there is no increase/decrease in the vehicles in 10 yrs with this collections rate, Government can earn a profit of INR 50 CR (Approx) excluding interest. As a common man I would like to know what has happened to my Tax money which I have paid for my amenities. Hope I don’t get an answer from the Government stating it has been utilized for paying interest, sarcastically. An additional monthly expenditure that any person will incur due to this swindle is given below.
Remember I have already paid 30% tax for this expenditure, after paying the tax for this income I’m utilizing this for paying the fine, and this increases as my number of trips to home to office, and office to home increases. Thanks for the polls which got these tolls.

If I planned to drive from OMR to ECR, or vice versa, I’m bound to pay fine at both the tolls, which is even worse, rather I would say it as lethal. I don’t know how it gonna workout in this situation, if they say I have to there any way where I need have to. At this rate of compromise we don’t even care if someone grabs our property or molests our girl. We compromise, we no longer wroth to be called as animal with six senses, when we are not even behaving like animals, who don’t compromise, have you ever heard an ant compromising with human.
When an ant has no fears for human, I wonder why human fears his/her fellow creation.

Profligate actions of Congress

Dating back to the independence of India, Congress led immoral leadership qualities but fortunately gained the support of the public to sustain all these 50 years. The seed has rooted itself so strong, that still Indians find hard to locate a moral leader to support, thou, they are then and there.

The divide and rule policy of the English men was well practiced by the Nehru family than by the inventor, India was well known for its communal harmony, and Nehru’s family hold the pride of converting this harmony into battles to war, for which we are paying the royalty till now. The first communal battle (as per as my knowledge) was started when Indira Nehru married Feroze Khan Son of Jehangir Khan, Where Mohandas Karam Chand Gandhi (Also Known as Mahatma Gandhi) suggested to change the last name of Feroze Khan from Khan to Gandhi as to avoid the resentment (virtual I should say) in India to bank the voters and to cheat the Indians. People who don’t have guts to say and reveal the truth cannot be a leaders and definitely not Mahatma's, they have artificially created a resentment between Hindus and Muslims dividing them forever from harmony, for their(Nehru and Gandhi) harmony and this Congress have succeeded till this second.

I say the resentment was artificially created because there are Hindu gods who had married Muslim girls and both Hindus and Muslims are aware of this and they worship those gods too, rather being hatred towards them, Hindus and Muslims were Bhai Bhai until Gandhi and Nehru started propagating that they are “Bhai Bhai”, and there intention is still paying well.

Another instance it was Indian National Congress (INC) which opened a Pandora’s Box and the door to hell in India which was followed by the Babri Masjid demolition in 1992, communal riots on a massive scale culminating in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. Before 1993 India was never struck by a communal bomb of this scale engineered by real politics and thus part of the credit must go to the Congress for lighting the fuse for all bombs till date exploding across Indian cities, mandirs and masjids.

It was the Congress Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi Son of Feroze Khan who gave in to Hindu pressure and ordered the locks on the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya removed in 1986. Until then, a priest had been permitted to perform puja once a year for the idols installed there in 1949. The decision to fuel Babri Masjid Ram Janambhomi temple issue was taken by the Congress just one month after overruling the court’s decision in the infamous Shah Bano case in 1985 which was opposed tooth and nail by the then opposition right wing Hindus and the Left parties as Muslim appeasement by the Congress for vote bank consolidation. This shows that the party has swung from one ideological extreme to the other just to garner votes. This was running with the hares and hunting with the hounds.

And now the Amarnath Land Issue, According to Hindu’s belief, the cave was first discovered by a Muslim shepherded Buta Malik, and to date, I heard that a percentage of the income through the donations made by the pilgrims to the shrine was given to the descendants of the Malik, the yatra was so peaceful until in the beginning of the year 2000 where some Kashmiri militants where the death toll raised to 30 and in the subsequent years 2001 and 2002, 13 and 2 pilgrims were killed. Any which ways militants for that matter any where in the world never distinguished among religious places or educational institutions or medical facilities, let it be India or America or Afghanistan or Pakistan, they make no considerations except for the blood.

The call for a Bharat Bandh by BJP and VHP on July 3, 2008 over the Amarnath land dispute and the unfolding of the drama in the next few days in Indore, Jammu and other cities were just a beginning, wait and see, how many more lives and public properties will have to be destroyed in the years to come, thanks to India’s vote bank politics.

BJP has always been successfully manipulating majority sentiments over religious issues and yatras. Not to forget present BJP’s prime minister-in-waiting, Lal Krishna Advani’s ‘rath yatra’ in 1992 that ultimately took them to Delhi’s throne for the first time in 1996. The divisive propaganda is on to communalize the atmosphere over the land dispute so that J & K in particular, and India, in general, should remain simmering at least till the next general elections. The Amarnath land issue will reach the top position in BJP’s electoral agenda and the Congress will be a big loser once more. Once again the Congress will be hoist by its own petard.

Mufti Mohammad Saeed-led People's Democratic Party (PDP) that was part of the cabinet decision that allowed the transfer of land to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB), decided to withdraw the support and blamed its coalition partner Congress for the whole mess. Murtaza Shibli, a Kashmiri, writes from London, “Only days ago, Kashmir’s Forest Minister, Qazi Mohammad Afzal who belongs to the PDP, openly boasted about his role in effecting the land transfer. But when the public reaction grew, the PDP not only withdrew support, but also issued public statements that sounded like racial epithets designed to inflame the public opinion and hence provoke and enlarge the constituency of protests and violence.”

Congress has sowed the immoral seed in the grounds of Kashmir, its geographical location has given better growing condition for this tree, unless and until the tree is uprooted completely, and Kashmir is totally under the control of Indian Government, as we cant afford to loose Kashmir any more as we are already loosing our control over Arunachal Pradesh to China, which I’ll be discussing in another topic.

We can’t allow our motherland to be strangled to pieces by our neighboring countries. As Indians it becomes our responsibility to know our rights and direct the leaders who are our servants and not masters as they behave now, to take decisions on there own, with no consideration on the people’s harmony, and every one of us need to educate at least one in our family to make them understand their responsibilities and rights. I believe if this has been taken has a pledge, the coming election will definitely be fruitful. Jai Hind.

Nuke Deal Myth and Reality

I'm really surprised to see politicians commenting on the N- Deal, as veteran scientist in Nuclear Energy, thou it is not new to the citizens of India(I have heard a politician in USA saying that he was practicing Non-Violence from the age of 4, insane at the age of 4 many of us don’t know what non-violence is, anyways it is not in our scope now) especially, hearing such comments, the recent such comments are by the Minister of Shipping who is an Engineer from Polytechnic, has no clue has what oceanology means, commented the statement given by the chief Admiral of the Indian Navy, and a professor holding a PHD degree on the subject, and Baalu’s ( as name changed numerologically thou he is from Atheist group) comments are sheer baseless and worthless, any which ways I’m not gonna dig into this shit at this point which will do in another section, coming back to N-Deal.

I really don’t understand why congress what to pledge India to westerners, it is just because they claim that they got freedom to India or it is because the Head is not an Indian. It was totally novice a law graduate speaking about the Uranium’s capabilities and its properties in detail, which even an experienced nuclear scientist finds hard to explain, probably we are again not utilizing a prominent resource properly, she might be a perfect fit to IGCAR, BARC or any Indian Atomic Research Programme, as I don’t her as right fit to social work or politician (don’t confuse both are not same, since a self employer cannot do a social worker), may be her father but not she, definitely not. She is a square peg in a circle hole.

Getting into the Basics:
There is a uranium shortage around the world, and just by signing the N-Deal, how the shortage is going to swap to surplus, is N-Deal a Harry Potter’s magic wand, moreover when India has abundant thorium (a replacement for Uranium, but need to be processed) in its coastal areas, why don’t we investment on the techniques for the replacement of Uranium by thorium, for which we don’t need any N-Deal’s help, we can proudly say we are self-sustained. I believe by signing this N-Deal our scientists are not allowed to research on Thorium, this is insane and not only that we digging our own grave, digged by the people elected by us.

Flipper:
As inflation is reaching Himalayan heights, which is an Herculean task to bring it down, I don’t see any care is taken either by the ruling government or the opposing party to work on it, rather, just because USA has threatened that time is running out for the N-Deal, Congress is wasting, literally wasting Indian’s valuable time and tax money on bilateral talks with the other parties, I don’t know is this the NEED of the Hour, only the voters has to think about it. As per as my knowledge goes, N-Deal is not the need of the hour, the inflation is what need to be checked first, when there is a question for survivability, why there is a need for the talks on the luxury things. When super nations are secured with Nuclear power why not India? When they can hold Nuclear power for peace why we Indians are denied the same? Unlike others we need nuclear for power generating and not for building ammunitions, and even if that is the requirement we will, like Jesus said “Let those raise there hands who are clean”. I don’t see any.

Last but not least:
N-Deal is not supposed to be discussed by politicians alone, there need to be a group of patriotic scientists like APJ Abdul Kalam, who should derive the decisions and politicians has to present the same in a diplomatic way to the world. It is not a free TV offer so it can be decided by the swindlers it is nationan's prime, need to be handled by the experienced and well versed diplomats in the field.
